khách sạn nằm ở một vị trí rất chiến lược. trong vòng vài km từ điểm thu hút khách du lịch. phòng rộng rãi với giường sofa kích thước rộng rãi có thể chứa được 2 trẻ em, rất tuyệt vời cho một gia đình đi du lịch. Dịch vụ phòng và nhân viên trực cửa nhanh chóng đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng n*** cả trong mùa cao điểm

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

We returned back to Cititel Express Ipoh Hotel for our recent vacation, & had another wonderful experience 🥰 The hotel management & entire staff crew do their best to maintain high standards for their services & overall cleanliness of the room & hotel environment. Keep up your awesome work!

Mặc dù tương tự như bối cảnh airbnb, nơi chúng tôi cần lấy chìa khóa mà không cần lễ tân ở sảnh, nhưng khá dễ dàng và được chủ nhà giải thích rõ ràng qua whatsapp. Từ việc lấy chìa khóa, đăng ký và nhận chỗ đậu xe và cách trả chìa khóa, mọi thứ đều dễ dàng. Các phòng sạch sẽ và gọn gàng, rất vui và hoàn toàn xứng đáng với số tiền bỏ ra

The location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient. House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door. Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by. The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go. The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

The hotel location is excellent, very convenient for business travellers. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were good. Service was average, could be improved with faster response from staff. Overall, a comfortable stay and good value.

Nice place for a short stay at ipoh! The room was comfortable with aircond and a water heater, which made it convenient. Location is great too ,just a short walk to Mydin, terminal bus amanjaya and lots of food options around. Really handy for a quick trip.
