Không hiểu sao sau khi đặt phòng ưu đãi đặc biệt giá 14.000 rúp, cụ thể là ở Tháp Taj Mahal mới, tôi lại được hướng dẫn đến quầy lễ tân tại tòa nhà lịch sử chính khi nhận phòng. Họ cho tôi phòng 629 nhìn ra hồ bơi trong nhà. Tôi đã yêu cầu họ kiểm tra lại nhiều lần, nhưng họ hoàn toàn đúng. Vấn đề là, phòng ở tòa nhà này đắt hơn nhiều. Giá khởi điểm là 30.000 rúp một đêm, với tầm nhìn lên tới 120.000 rúp một đêm!!! Họ chào đón tôi như một vị vua. Đây không phải là khách sạn 5 sao, mà còn hơn thế nữa. Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời, mặc dù hơi tiếc là cửa sổ không đóng được và không có ban công. Phòng rộng rãi với phòng tắm rất rộng, đầy đủ bồn tắm, vòi sen và mọi thứ bạn có thể tưởng tượng. Dịch vụ hoàn hảo. Tôi trả phòng lúc 12 giờ trưa và khởi hành ra sân bay lúc 9 giờ tối. Vậy là tôi lại ở đó thêm 9 tiếng nữa, ngoài phòng, bên hồ bơi, và cả đi tham quan nữa. Không ai nói một lời. WiFi sẽ tắt n*** sau khi trả phòng, nhưng bạn có thể thuê WiFi cho khách trong hai tiếng. Mọi thứ bên trong đều đắt đỏ. Nhưng gần đó có quán cà phê Leopold lịch sử, nơi bạn có thể thưởng thức những món ăn tuyệt vời.

I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening. Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Perfect hotel. Very welcoming staff, every time they see you they great you with a smile. Perfect location if you just had a long flight, just 10 min from T2. Of course with Mumbai traffic a little bit more. My wife was not feeling well and they help us a lot by being flexible in their rules. Definitely my #1 hotel once I will be back.

We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend The Westin for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. Thank you once again for making Ritika’s birthday so special!

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

Very nice staff and services, the chef helped us when my daughter was not well and prepared some bland food specially. Thanks to them. Also Mr Babar at the reception was very helpful in getting the room amenities

it was an excellent experience to stay in this cozy vibe hotel like this. all the stuffs are friendly especially Tosum and the front desk❤️ the food is nice as usual but its quiet expensive for that. nothinf special. the room is clean the housekeepers are veri friendly🫶 so i guess im looking forward to come back to this hotel again😘

My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

Ambience was just equivalent to The Taj Hotel. The front office staff were very friendly & conducted an express check-in. The housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were clean and tidy and did replenished the consumables. The waiters and chefs greeted every guest with a broad smile & attended every request of the guests. Specially Mr. Akram did a splendid job in attending to the physically challenged guests. Overall a wonderful experience.

Bit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport. But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants. Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight. Would for sure stay here again in the future.
