Khách Sạn Hàng Đầu Tại Cáp Nhĩ Tân Có Spa

Tôi rất hài lòng với khách sạn. Từ lúc nhận phòng đến lúc trả phòng, dịch vụ đều vượt quá mong đợi của tôi. Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi thấy một khách sạn cung cấp khăn lau kính, mặc dù tôi đã để kính cạnh giường. Bữa sáng rất phong phú và ngon miệng, cà phê từ máy pha cà phê trong phòng cũng rất tuyệt vời. Vị trí trên Đại lộ Trung tâm rất thuận tiện cho việc chụp ảnh và tham quan. Sảnh đợi tráng lệ và độc đáo. Họ thậm chí còn phục vụ trà chiều cho hai đêm lưu trú của tôi, điều này rất chu đáo và tốt hơn nhiều so với nhiều khách sạn năm sao thuộc chuỗi khách sạn lớn. Everything was good about this hotel except that the room thermostat was set too high that the room became stifling. We finally had to turn off the thermostat for the room to cool down and had to open up the blinds/curtains at bedtime for some cold to come thru the window panes. There were no openable windows in the room. We also had to open the door to allow the cooler air in the hallways to come into the room to lower the whole room temperature.

I had an amazing time, of course Sofitel never disappoints! 💜 The facilities were up to par, the food was exquisite and the service was top-notch. Everything was quite impressive, from the in-room dining experience to the indoor fitness center. The room was decorated free of charge at my request and spa packages were reasonably priced.

I had a wonderful stay at the Harbin Aoluguya Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended to everyone out there looking for hotel in Harbin

I stayed at Lizun Hua Sheng Hotel (Sophia Cathedral Branch, Central Street, Harbin) from January 26 to January 31, 2026, and overall had a very good experience. Location (4/5)
The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough. Cleanliness (5/5)
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay. Service (5/5)

I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room. Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral.

People in Harbin City are generally very customer centric and welcoming. Staff are courteous and understanding too. We've stayed 1 night & was indoor whole time as understand there's some restriction when leaving the building but no time to go outdoor since it's filled with activities. There's only free flow of ice cream, drinks and fruits while meals are chargeable from the foodcourt & restaurant at lvl5. The fc open at 8am hence we have to order in from ******* since we are leaving early. Upon entering the building, it's really hot. We took the family room at lvl7 which seems situated at the back alley & not ventilated. We stayed at Room 7036 which was really hot even when we opened the window & with the small fan they provided that doesn't help at all, regretfully we didn't sleep well the whole night.
