MMargaret TeyFriendly environment, owner took good care of all guests, remembered each one well. Location is within walking distance of eating places. Whole hostel is maintained well by staff, bed is extremely clean. Good place to chill as well after a long walk

The hotel is on a renovated old building with exquisite details and curated decoration elements.
Everything is clean. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are big enough to have your small backpack in it. There’s a curtain for privacy and it wasn’t crowded. The other guest were very mindful of others. This hotel is relatively new, they opened in Nov 2025 so, it’s still getting known in the travel world.
You can use the kitchen that has all the implements to cook, store items in the fridge and prepare a breakfast with ingredients that the hotel provides… free, great breakfast!
If you need a towel they give you one at no charge… for now.
The location is great. You can walk to the old town of the city and Concubine ln. It’s a really nice walk. That part of the city saw a past splendor and the buildings show it. There are several restaurants around, even some fast food.
Two things I would review if I was the owner… I waited for an hr before getting my room while other people got settled immediately. My dorm only had 2 ppl in it, the room was ready when I got there. If you have a bed available, just give away even when there’s no the time. It means a lot to the guest that in general has been traveling long hrs, especially if it’s a small place with not many people.
The other thing is to teach us (ignorant westerners), how to use the electric shower heater. I couldn’t make it work because I couldn’t find the on/off button. A small sign could have solved my and others’ frustrations.
The owners are doing an excellent job at the hotel. I’m planning to come back so I’ll be a guest again at the Brownstone.

TTài khoản kháchEverything was good but except one thing. My suggetion is please maintain your toilets and bathroom. I took a tripplee delux room but bidet shower ( toilet hand shower/ sprayer) was missing which is really a essential things. Im okay with rooms but that was a real disappointing thing. Please maintain your bathroom and toilets.

JJuan Luis CintasOkay hotel, located far away from town but just in front of a big shopping mall where you can find everything and anything. There is also a bus stop nearby where you can take a bus to town.
The room was too small though and the price difference with the double one is small so if you can better book the double one. This one is okay for one or two nights if you don't mind small enclosures.
Facilities are okay for the price.

Superb location which is close to many famous Pinji eateries within walking distance. Very friendly front desk. Rental Cheap.
Has underground parking, but my gf felt very uncomfortable when the driver of look at her one kind. She won't dare to stay here if she's alone.
Just like most of the budget hotels, sound proof is bad.
But for me personally, I have nothing to complain for the price I've paid.
