Khách Sạn Có Bar Ở Venice

My flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it! Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic. The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom. If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross.

Location is very good, right in the center and near the Gondola rides and private water taxis. Only issue was that our room had small toilet flies flying around, saw at least 5. Front desk staff were mostly helpful too

Đây là lần thứ 3 tôi ở đây. Rất vui được giới thiệu.

Vị trí của khách sạn rất tốt. Bức tranh thứ bảy là từ phòng đối diện ga tàu, rất thuận tiện để đi ra đảo chính. Phòng rộng có hai giường đôi. Nhà vệ sinh và phòng tắm cũng rất rộng, lớn hơn nhiều so với các khách sạn khác ở Châu Âu. Nhưng vấn đề ở đây là! Không có nước nóng, không có máy pha cà phê Không có kem đánh răng hay bàn chải đánh răng, tôi hiểu Có dép, xà phòng và mũ tắm (cấu hình lạ quá) Mini bar có đồ uống và rượu vang là 2,5 euro. Giá 2,2ml ở siêu thị đối diện cao hơn ở khách sạn. Điểm hai! ! Bữa sáng không tệ chút nào Có thể trước đây tôi đã từng ăn những bữa ăn nhỏ nhưng ngon miệng, nhưng ăn bữa này tôi có cảm giác như một căng tin lớn vậy. Quán ăn rất lớn và có thể chứa được hai nhóm du lịch lớn. Bánh sừng bò thì ngọt, dưa leo hơi chua, bánh xèo tự tay làm cũng khá ngon. Nếu bạn đi du lịch thuận tiện thì có thể chọn ở đây, còn không thì có thể bỏ qua. cuối cùng! ! Khi trả phòng, tôi bị tính 7,8 euro thuế thành phố. Tôi đã thông báo cho Ctrip và số tiền này đã được hoàn lại cho tôi🤷♀️

We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor. I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases. The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would. The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed. The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it. The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it. The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket. The safe was not working. The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them. The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working. You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool. The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off. The bathroom bin was broken and filthy The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am. I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy. We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour. Kindest regards

Máy điều hòa không hoạt động tốt nhưng vẫn có thể chịu được nhưng tôi có thể tưởng tượng nó sẽ rất nóng vào mùa hè. Ngoài ra nếu bạn mở cửa sổ, ở Venice còn có nhiều muỗi hơn ở rừng rậm Borneo! Vì vậy, hãy mang theo thuốc chống côn trùng của bạn. Tôi đã không làm vậy nên tôi đã bị bao phủ bởi những vết cắn. Giá cả hợp lý nên ổn cho một chuyến đi ngắn. Lần thứ 4 của tôi ở Venice, nó luôn kỳ diệu, nó tạo nên mọi thứ!

Неплохой отель в жилой части Венеции, мало туристов , но сам отель сильно уставший , на свои звезды не тянет, на одну ночь летом норм
