Khách Sạn Hàng Đầu Có Phòng Gym Tại Venice

It is my utmost pleasure to leave a review for this wonderful hotel. Firstly our baggage was lost due to the airline, but the receptionist Skerdi was brilliant, he calmly notified us of this happening before and that he would assist in calling the airport to check whether the baggage had arrived for us. They knew about my partner and i celebrating an occasion so they prepared accordingly, they went beyond and above to provide information and help when they didnt need to. Special mention to Skerdi and Nicola, the best hotel service ive experienced and im a frequent traveler! The breakfast staff were kind, patient and attentive. The location ofnthe hotel is quite perfect as it is nearby Rialto and you could practically walk everywhere else. This has been an absolutely memorable stay and we will be back most certainly.

We love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service. This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell). We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots. Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

Disappointed by the level of service and outdated hotel. For that very pricy 4 stars hotel, I would have appreciated a higher level.. the staff was not particularly friendly neither helpful. The room was very dark with casi no natural light, not renovated like the booking picture. The bathtub was broken, they send someone that didn’t care of it and said it was indeed broken, reception didn’t propose anything in exchange. I ended up trying to fix myself for 1/2h. Bit sad.. also the Jacuzzi/public bath or gym are not accessible for free. You have to pay and book ahead.. you would imagine it’s included in the price. Positive side: very well located in the center, in the main luxury street, explain the price I guess? The rooftop is really the highlight with beautiful sunset, where we drunk our complementary bottle. The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy.

Although there is only a gas station across the hotel. But the location is still excellent. The bus stop to Venice and the airport is right outside the hotel. The bus takes 8 mins into Plazza di Roma. The hotel sells the bus tickets. And there are two buses and the timetable is very regular. We never had to wait more than 10 mins for a bus. So so convenient. The swimming pool also very good, not very busy. Breakfast was ok. Staff were extremely helpful with info, in particularly getting to venice and the airport.

Phòng khách sạn mang lại trải nghiệm rất thoải mái và dễ chịu. Không gian phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và được bố trí hợp lý, tạo cảm giác ấm cúng n*** khi bước vào. Giường ngủ êm ái, chăn gối sạch sẽ giúp tôi có một giấc ngủ ngon sau một ngày dài. Các tiện nghi trong phòng được trang bị đầy đủ như điều hòa, TV, bàn làm việc và phòng tắm riêng. Phòng tắm sạch, nước nóng ổn định và có đầy đủ đồ dùng cá nhân cần thiết. Ánh sáng trong phòng vừa đủ, cửa sổ thoáng giúp không gian luôn sáng sủa và dễ chịu. Nhìn chung, đây là một phòng khách sạn có chất lượng tốt, phù hợp cho cả khách du lịch lẫn công tác. Tôi rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm này và sẵn sàng quay lại trong những lần lưu trú tiếp theo.

Vị trí của khách sạn rất tốt. Có một chiếc xe buýt n*** bên ngoài cửa. Đi tuyến 4l sẽ đưa bạn đến đảo chính sau 5 điểm dừng. Khách sạn mới xây, đầy đủ tiện nghi và có vòi sen mạnh, rất thoải mái. Có hai siêu thị rất lớn bên cạnh khách sạn, rất thuận tiện cho việc mua sắm. Tôi thực sự khuyên bạn bè đến Venice nên ở lại đây. Điều tôi muốn nói cụ thể là chúng tôi đã vô tình làm bẩn ga trải giường và vỏ gối, và chúng tôi không thể tự giặt chúng, và chúng tôi không biết phải giải thích thế nào với khách sạn. Không ngờ, khi tôi quay lại vào buổi tối, tôi thấy tất cả đã được thay thế bằng đồ mới. Không cần hỏi thêm câu hỏi nào nữa. Cảm động n*** lập tức.

Неплохой отель в жилой части Венеции, мало туристов , но сам отель сильно уставший , на свои звезды не тянет, на одну ночь летом норм
