Location was the best part about this hotel, it’s minutes away from Santa Lucia station so it’s really convenient if you have luggages, or need to catch the train. Breakfast was basic but decent.

The room was big and spacious , and the view from our hotel was also good . We really liked and enjoyed . The only issue we had is the bathroom , it was on the second floor and we are on the first floor. When we asked about it on the reception , the staff on the time at 2 pm on 18-3 was quite rude. I dont know why she need to yell. Its better to say in a polite manner.

Để nhận phòng, bạn cần lấy chìa khóa từ một khách sạn khác chỉ cách khách sạn này 1 phút đi thẳng và hoàn toàn ổn. Bữa sáng được phục vụ lại tại căng tin của khách sạn kia và rất ngon bao gồm trà, cà phê, nước ép, trái cây, ngũ cốc, bánh mì nướng, tất nhiên là bánh sừng bò, trứng. Đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời. Bất động sản có vẻ cũ nhưng sạch sẽ và thoải mái.

Not only was the room very small for its price, but on top of that, they charged extra for the city tax( not what was mentioned on trip.com) The worst part, especially for a freelancer, was the awful internet connection. Since the rooms are in different buildings, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which completely ruined my experience as someone trying to work and travel at the same time.

Như trong ảnh, đồ đạc trong phòng đã cũ và mang phong cách cổ điển. Phòng khá sạch sẽ, vị trí tuyệt vời và giá cả phải chăng. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn hai sao này lại có nhiều vấn đề về cơ sở vật chất. Ổ cắm điện trong phòng chúng tôi không hoạt động, và hoàn toàn không có nước nóng. May mắn thay, nhân viên lễ tân rất nhiệt tình và cho phép chúng tôi tắm nước nóng nhanh trong một phòng trống khác tại một khách sạn ba sao.

Aucun accueil physique. Hôtel difficilement trouvable par l'adresse dite. On a dû mettre le nom de l'hôtel situé en face pour le retrouver plus facilement. Une fois devant il faut téléphoner au numéro inscrit sur la porte et il n'était pas bon néanmoins j'avais celui indiqué dans la réservation. Une fois rentrée il y a une pochette avec le nom et la clef de la chambre sur le comptoir de la réception et on doit chercher notre chambre. pour juste arriver, déposer ses valises et repartir ça convient mais sinon je ne le recommanderais pas.

The location is perfect. However, you may need to go up or down stairs(3 level) by yourselves with your heavy luggage. It depends on the staff who wait for you. The bathroom is so close to the toilet so that it is difficult to shower in the small space. However there is a bathroom for everyone on the floor. The key didn’t work properly so that it took a lot time to enter into the room. While the staff required us to leave the key whenever we go out, sometimes there weren’t any staff in the reception. So we couldn’t get the room key.

When we reached, the reception told us that due to unforeseen circumstances,the room that we've booked ( with shared toilet)wasn't available and he offered us another room with private toilet with extra xx€ ( I forgot how much was it) but I refused to pay extra. In the end the reception gave us a free upgrade. It was written that I should had paid 1.x euro at the hotel but the receiption asked to pay 2€ without giving me a receipt The room was clean. The location was good. Close to eating places and supermarkets and train station. Travellers with luggages should choose this location. Facing the canal and station is at the back, turn left and after some minutes of walks the hotel is found.
