Incredibly beautiful palace with historical feature, high ceiling, vintage furniture, breakfast patio. Really fell so special when you arrive there, especially by water taxi access. We could check in early and the staff was very kind. The standard room (queen) was a quite dark and small duplex but very comfortable and quite! A/C and fridge worked well!

The room’s location is excellent, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The decor materials are high-end. The only issue is during breakfast—you need to be cautious as they mix included breakfast items with paid ones. If you’re not careful, you might order a paid item by mistake. They don’t explain this upfront. We complained, and we heard five other tourists from the US also complaining about unfair charges. Even though breakfast was included, who would know a large fruit platter costs extra while a small one doesn’t? When we raised this with the front desk, a slightly overweight young woman had a very poor attitude.

Facilities: The hotel is very good, but the rooms are relatively small. The front desk has upgraded the river view suite, which is very good. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good, the service is also good, and the breakfast is good in the morning.

威尼斯非常高端的酒店，房間設計極為現代（其實有點不方便 比如手洗內衣沒辦法），服務態度非常好，價格貴。 按照攜程房間説明，訂了2晚行政套房（2大2小），一張大床，2張單人床，反覆確定不是梳化床和加床。16,000左右，2晚。入住時候，大堂異常熱情，給了歡迎飲料，但是説我訂房衹填了2大人訊息，所以以為一個孩子，看到2個孩子，加床要收費。我立刻覺得這邏輯有問題，既然都準備了2張床，為何説以為衹有一個孩子，如果既然知道4人，明明4人入住可以，為何加床要另外收費？前台説可能誤會了。 和攜程立刻確認，説不收費了。但是進入房間，如圖，就是廳裏改造的沙發加褥子和加彈簧床,這和攜程訂房説明和反覆確認的完全不符合。攜程幫忙協調，説衹能這樣，孩子能睡就不計較了。 退房時候，除了入城費，還打印出單子，寫明employee benefits,接近100歐元，説是服務費，由於要趕輪船，就付款了，但是拿着收據牌照給攜程，因為這又是額外費用。確認後這是小費，酒店解釋説我們沒有反對。這真有趣，如果是小費，應該金額是客人提出（我可能會服300歐呢？），而不是打印出一個數字讓住客付。隨後攜程協調説幾日後退回。 這些小細節其實凸顯酒店對待遊客，或者攜程中國遊客的小伎倆，大家注意一下。酒店還是不錯的，畢竟一晚8000，也是有價值的，呵呵。

地理位置最棒的！ 房間裝修有多舊，但是住的很舒服. 自己開車過來請酒店安排停車服務，接送停車場到酒店來回. 去程很好，價格貴. 送走時酒店沒講清楚，停車費自己付款沒包括在220歐元價格內！送走“出租船“也有客人自己承擔. 離開時有點失望，付出價格很高，但是覺得酒店有點佔便宜…當然威尼斯什麼都貴，但是覺得酒店可以提供更好服務！ 總的有空間可以進步！下次去威尼斯，還是換一家酒店！

完美的小島，完美的酒店！房間風景美極了，可以看見寬廣的大河及對面的聖馬可廣場。早餐很豐富，很美味，裏面的工作人員都樂於助人，非常親切，總是面帶微笑，我丟了兩次東西，工作人員都幫我找到了，非常感謝！！前台工作人員都很棒，特別是前台經理Elia（中文念起來像愛你呀，非常有意思）總是能細心周到的幫助解決所有麻煩，讓客人可以無後顧之憂的安心度假，非常感謝！！在這裏可以放鬆度假休閑，還可以在這裏舉辦浪漫的婚禮，真是棒極了，七星服務，七星體驗👍👍

We enjoyed our stay very much! Staff was very nice, courteous and helpful. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Hotel location is excellent. Easy short walk to Realto bridge. We would definitely stay again!

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price. Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.
