Bathroom was mouldy, could’ve used some exit mould. The shuttle does not operate on weekends nor does the laundry service both of which would’ve been good to know prior to booking. Location is way way way out of reach of public transport and with no shuttle service operating on the weekend it made it a costly stay due to Ubers. Which by the way were difficult to secure due to being so out of the way. The mini fridge…well what can I say, it wasn’t a fridge, it was a box with a light that kept your water at room temp. Personally I think they should remove the word fridge and replace it with “a warm box with a light”.

Nice hotel, very efficient front desk, clean and comfortable room, location a bit far from everything. Very Good breakfast.

Great service both at the front desk, lobby Bar and restaurant, clean rooms and fast room service however when it came to the location of the hotel (very secluded with no near public transportation), and the quality of the food/ amenities I was quite disappointed

The hotel and the price was extremely good but it is not a good choice to visit to Milan. The distance is far away to popular places of Milan.

The Hotel is about 30 km from Bergamo airport. It s in a nice neighbourhood. Rooms are ok, they are not big, but clean. The breakfast is good, not manu choices but good.

We stayed in the hotel fo nights, the room was so comfortable and clean the bed was so comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, I can’t even express it enough. They were helping me plan every morning for about 30 minutes, my daily schedule to zxxvisit as much as possible in Amsterdam and gave great recommendations. The location was great, the buss stop is at the hotels door step and the buses from there can take you

房間簡單，沒有因為在郊區大一點。其實就是三顆星商務酒店的水平。讓人氣憤的是説有免費巴士接送服務，後來説沒有。但是小區有免費巴士服務，問酒店人員，半天説不清楚在地鐵站哪裡上車。一直推説不是他們的服務所以不知道，氣得我説什麼四星級酒店，自己掛上多一顆星。 服務給了三顆星，是因為我房間有需求服務，沒有讓我等很久，但是為了接送問題，打了至少5通電話。讓我淋着雨，拿着2個行李來回跑，問不同的巴士司機。最後在一個小時後，找到可以經過酒店的巴士。這種體驗非常差。酒店人員缺乏訓練！
