Lovely room, service and breakfast. Great Heritage Hotel convenient parking great facilities and location. Friendly staff. Had biscuit with coffee free in rooms a lovely toiuch most hotels used to do that so nice the hotel still is. Good comfy beds, bathroom and toiletries excellent. Highly recommended this hotel. Nice wine bar at night. Lovely china and a delightful sitting room.

A charming historic landmark right on Macquarie Street- close to all landmark interests. I got upgraded to room 6 which was quite comfortable in size. Bed was comfy and nice bathroom. Breakfast is excellent- and included with my booking. Holly and staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. I went on a Bruny Tour - pickup nearby and saw the albino wallabies!

衞生不錯，設施是保留下來的19世紀末的風格，雖然老舊但也不失風趣，衞生還不錯。總共就三層樓，沒有電梯，雖然免費給我升級了房型，詳細介紹了房間，但前台也沒人幫忙提箱子。門口是樓梯，下面是一個停車場。

該酒店給的房間太差了，房間裏廁所間與房間連通，以致半夜不能用廁所，不然抽水聲巨響影響睡眠。另外，我訂的房間裏牆面有4 A紙貼着，一看房間就令人不舒服，像是臨時拿來用的亭子間（在樓梯邊上用來儲物的空間），感受很不好。不知是攜程的問題還是酒店的問題，請給予回覆。

房子有170多歲，算是維護的比較好的，但是難免老房子的各種不便，比如沒有電梯。 衞生：還算挺乾淨的，整體比較清爽。 服務：前台5點下班，鑰匙在密碼箱子裏。密碼是發郵件或者打門上的電話問。送了雙早，還是很豐富的，有可頌酸奶和水果咖啡等等。

酒店是古老房子🏚️，裏面房間大，樓頂高，好像住在古堡感覺，乾淨整潔，離薩拉曼廣場和憲法碼頭近，對面有個教堂⛪️，早餐簡單，能吃飽，還是不錯👍

除了早餐有些差強人意。其他都還不錯，停車需要額外付款20刀。reception服務意識很強。
