We're delighted that you were able to take advantage of this great location during your stay. As part of our Lean Luxury philosophy, we do some things differently to other hotels. For instance the layout of our rooms and the way that they're furnished. All of our rooms are carefully designed to make the best use of the space, and we put a lot of emphasis on the quality of the materials we use. In line with our philosophy, we offer a galley with free tea and hot water instead of a kettle in each room.However, we are sorry that you felt that our hosts were busy and only had time for you during the day.
