This hotel very very poor service. I booked a room with a lake view window, but I got a room without a window. When I asked why this room without a window, he lied, saying that we don't have a room with a window, window rooms are sold out, that it was written on your reservation that it might not have a window, etc. I told i booked a room with window but she continued to lie. And air condition was very bad, my husband couldn't sleep for 2 nights. After checking out, I stayed at another hotel in this city with very good service at a lower price than this hotel. Bad choice, never choose this hotel

Dirty carpets in the rooms and in the hallway. Swimming pool was closed. You need to be nude when using the hot spring. My private parts is my privacy and they should take other cultures in consideration. I don't want to look at strangers private body parts and I don't think they want to look at mine. They need to get a pool for people to wear a swim suit. I couldn't use anything at the hotel, that's why I check out a day earlier. Not much of English help available. I will certainly not visit this hotel ever again. I will not recommend my friends to vist this hotel. The deposit of 1000rmb is too high for a single person. I request a days refund as I changed my hotel in Dalian to use the swimming pool and hot spring, which I couldn't use.

Very clean, good location, Affordable Price

We went to Celebrate our daughters birthday to this hotel with some friends of ours. It Took a long time to check in after even book from trip.com. The hotel is old but it’s very well maintained. The guest and staff are very nice. Very helpful. The Hot spring was amazing and lot of choices to choose from. Children had a great play ground my daughter and her friend was was very happy. For adults it was a really relaxing trip. Food was nice in the restaurant had multiple choices to eat form. We really enjoyed this hotel and liked it. Hope to come to Relax and play again and again soon.

強烈推薦這家酒店，衞生乾淨整潔，房間面積很大，採光樓層都不錯，服務及時。酒店環境很好，地理位置優越，離機場半小時左右。第一天入住時比較晚，辦理入住的前台細心且周到，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，感覺好像是有一種回家的感覺。次日早上在三樓吃的早餐，餐廳環境優雅，早餐品種豐富，有甜品區、各式飲品等。第二天區温泉區享受東北的大搓澡，果然不一樣，搓澡師傅熱情周到，和東北人的服務有一拼熱情似火，搓澡非常認真，搓的乾乾淨淨。然後帶家人來的汗蒸廣場，喝的茶水，休息了一會。下午去的金石灘，這裏距離金石灘不遠，開車大概二十多分鐘，這裏的房間價格要比金石灘的酒店便宜的很，非常有性價比。晚上玩累了，回到酒店在3樓餐廳吃的套餐，這裏套餐很親民，價格不高，量是蠻大的，吃的很飽。以後還會再入住大連凱倫温泉酒店，繼續美好~

你想象過，數十年前家裡長者可能為了省電半夜溜進你房間幫你關空調的境況嗎？這裏可以滿足你完美重現該場景的懷舊念想，半夜3點多空調主機停到6點了解一下，渾身汗透5點醒來。不可思議地看着淡黃髮黴各種痕跡的枕套被單被罩，都害怕物質的交換會讓你生出抽象派紋身。再抬頭看看斑駁的天花、牆面及讓人提神的空氣黴味，確認不是做夢。本想外地遊客還是低調點，但想想這兩百多的房費和數百塊按金（你沒有看錯，為了房間裏的兩瓶扭開會噴熱氣的2元以下純凈水的按金吧），鼓起勇氣還是弱弱地問了前台怎麼回事。前台先免費給咱展示了大眼睛白後，説：“愛找誰説找誰説，反正我打工的，跟我沒關係。”然後低頭努力工作——對，就是退按金操作——感謝努力工作，終於十幾分鍾退好啦按金。咱趕緊千恩萬謝離開，慶幸凱倫皇宮收留了我一晚。恩，這裏很好，不再來了

是我預訂過最好的酒店。服務態度好。 大堂：前台辦理入住和退房非常便捷，入住期間免費停車。 早餐：早餐在3樓，早餐品種豐富，中西式的早餐，在餐廳隨處可見日本人韓國人還有其他外賓團，餐廳服務人員很友好。 房間：房間很大，裝修中規中矩。 設施：電梯要刷卡才能到達入住的樓層，比較安全。房間電視機、獨立衞浴都是齊全的。 温泉區：非常的寬敞，温泉水很好，泡完身上很細膩柔滑。我很喜歡這裏的水，水流非常的大，各種洗護用品都齊全，不用自己帶。 周圍環境：酒店周邊步行三五分鐘全是吃的，另一側還有早晚夜市，特別繁華。但是酒店周邊很安靜的。 環境不錯，一家人來住比較好，性價比較高，值得推薦，我還會推薦親戚朋友同事過來的。

天氣變冷之後，住酒店還能泡個温泉，性價比還是比較高的。唯一就是進入酒店一直到房間內，消毒水味道都非常重。

오래된 호텔 느낌이 산뜻하지 않았네요. 프론트가 온천장과 같이 있어서 체크인이 불편했네요. 주변시설이 불편했네요

説實話，衞生和服務都垃圾，如果不是臨時來大連，居然定不到酒店，沒得選，只有這裡有房，果然垃圾，床單有血跡，居然枕頭都有血跡，只是玩恐怖主題酒店吧

總體評價位置偏，性價比高，還不錯。房間偏舊，但硬件設施很好，高端四星或者準五的水平；房間挑高有四米，很舒服，床具還不錯，挺舒服。軟件設施一般，感覺也就是三星標準，比如毛巾薄，浴巾舊，洗漱用品看着有點low。洗浴很大，室內外都有泡池；跟酒店一樣，高端的硬件設施，低端的軟件服務與管理；進了浴池基本沒人管，要啥也沒有；師傅搓澡按摩手法相當一般。早餐一般，品種很多，但可食性不強。午餐自助還不錯吧，畢竟衹收69，還算物有所值吧。

沒有窗，特別潮，睡着特別不舒服，毛巾和浴巾一般，早餐種類特別少，總體感覺一般。
