Great location near the tram station close to restaurants and coffee shops a good money to value with a satisfying breakfast

Hotel needs a bit of renovation . Getting old! but so far for 2-3 nights is fine.  Too strong detergent smell in the room.

The room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park. What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered. Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.

We arrive after midnight. The front desk was so nice and they gave us free upgrade to suite. The hotel is actually quite far. We'll, to he honest kinda my fault for not checking the location before we book it. 35 minutes walk from casa port, 25 minutes with the tram to casa voyageurs, and 40 minutes walk to hasan mosque. Good things is the hotel is not very far from the tram stop. The hotel room itself looks really nice, but not clean. The drainage to the shower was clog. So when we took shower, it started to flooding to all over the bathroom. We told the front desk about it. Bit nothing really don't with it. Also first day was there. I saw blood stain on one of the pillow case. Luckily they have lots of pillow inside the room. So I did not use it. The next night I saw they change the pillow case, but this time I saw blood stain on the blanket which was not there the night before. I thunk they should check them properly and clean it. From the picture u can see it is an old stain.

Tôi đánh giá cao hệ thống đèn tự động và yêu thích ban công nhỏ, có thể mở ra để đón gió trời. Bữa sáng rất tuyệt vời, với nhiều lựa chọn đa dạng ngoài những món ăn thông thường. Ngoài các món ăn Ma-rốc và bánh ngọt Pháp, còn có nhiều món ăn Trung Quốc và các món ăn châu Á được tẩm ướp gia vị kỹ lưỡng, tạo nên một nét độc đáo riêng. Dịch vụ và chất lượng tổng thể của khách sạn vượt xa mong đợi của tôi. Tôi cũng muốn khen ngợi đội ngũ nhân viên người Philippines chăm chỉ và tốt bụng mà tôi đã gặp trong thời gian lưu trú—họ đánh giá cao khách sạn và góp phần tạo nên trải nghiệm tuyệt vời. Khách sạn này thực sự xứng đáng được ghi nhận nhiều hơn nữa về dịch vụ và chất lượng xuất sắc.

I definitely recommend this hotel to whoever is looking for hospitality, cleanliness and warmness. Both hosts were super friendly and polite. My flight arrived late at night and I was worried that no-one would show up to pick me up, but they both showed up and made my transfer to the hotel super easy. The lady host was very friendly and generous. Made me feel at home and part of the family. My stay was excellent. I definitely enjoyed it. Thank you so much for making feel at home.
