L'accueil est très bien, personnel sympathique. Nous étions dans une chambre calme, vue sur le jardin et les lapins ! D'un 1er abord, chambre très correcte, mais dans les sanitaires, on voit que c'est un peu âgé... La douche n'était pas propre (cheveux de 20 cm au sol, endroit plutôt poussiéreux, eau de douche qui s'évacue mal (bonde pleine de cheveux)...). Passé cela, la literie est très bonne, nous avons bien dormi. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon (le cake fait maison a été fortement apprécié !)

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, très bien situé si vous comptez faire la visite des châteaux de Chambord ou Cheverny 😉 Tout était nickel, de l'accueil très chaleureux à la propreté et aux services offerts.

The hotel looks brand new, is really well kept, well clean and the service and the staff are very professional and friendly. The location of the hotel is great, right in the center of Amboise, and the parking is very convenient. Also the breakfast is great. The room was really good, great large comfortable bed. The only odd thing was that the hotel blocked 200 euros as a deposit in my credit card, as if I was renting a car, never saw this before in my multiple years of travelling.

Personnel performant et très agréable. Chambre propre , bien équipée, avec une dotation d'accueil plaisante de très bon niveau et qui vous fait sentir chez vous de suite. Coté mobilier excellent design de la chambre. Nous étions en transit et ne restions qu'une nuit mais nous y séjournerons à nouveau lors de notre prochain passage dans la région.

Je ne comprends pas les 3 étoiles de cet hôtel.Au mieux 2 étoiles seraient suffisantes. Chambre très basique avec literie passable.la salle de bain est plus que vieillotte.le fond des wc est marron......Les luminaires du lit ne fonctionnant plus il a été installé 2 petites lampes de chevet vite fait a leur place. Poussière un peu partout et même un papillon de nuit mort dans la housse de l oreiller supplementaire au dessus de l armoire.Privilégiez les hotel ibis budget qui sont nettement plus moderne avec une literie et une propreté impeccable.je ne séjournerai plus dans cet hôtel mais si vous ne suivez pas mon conseil,demander une chambre à l étage côté jardin.le petit déjeuner est trop cher(11.50)par contre le personnel est très agréable

Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré quelques problèmes mais le personnel fut à l'écoute et la politique de l'hôtel commerçant. Le point négatif reste la vue que nous avions de notre chambre (aucune notre fenêtre donnée sur des murs). La literie est excellente et la taille de la chambre correcte, en revanche l'emplacement des WC peut poser problème selon la morphologie des clients. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour mais je m'attendais à mieux en terme de prestations pour un 4 étoiles

TTài khoản kháchThere were several items which I was unhappy about and had I been informed of them prior to booking I would have stayed somewhere else. On checking in were asked to supply our credit card for a 200 euro hold to be placed on it! I find the requirement completely outrageous in that you seem to assume that I'm going to cause some damage to your hotel and want to be covered in the event. That is totally unacceptable in the case of two 70 year olds staying for one night. Had we been a party of young lads on a stag night out you could understand it. Sorry bud......not on. It was late when we arrived and were very pleased that there was a restaurant on the premises to revive ourselves. The menu was very narrow as was the wine list and the food wasn't very appetising. I wouldn't eat there again. We visited the roof top bar which was deader than a funeral home and so we took ourselves back to the main bar for the rest of the evening. The lift has confusing information . On the outside it lists the floors as 1, 2, Reception. When you get into the lift it has buttons for 1, 2, 0+ and 0-. Not a word about reception and of course we went to wrong floor for reception. A small thing but annoying and easily fixed. There was no stairs from our room to the reception that we could find either. I'm fairly sure that a stairs is a legal requirement in the event of a fire but I couldn't find one. And I looked twice! On the positive side, when we left the next morning, a really nice chap checked us out and when I got into my car I discovered that the lens from one of my glasses had popped out . I went back into the hotel and the hotel porter who had just checked me out could not have been more helpful. We found the lens beside the bed and made the repairs. Your man is wasted in the hotel porter role. You should give him the top job in my opinion. I won't be rushing back.

AAmiオルレアンを訪れる際はいつも利用しております！ パリとは違い、値段の割にお部屋が広いのがとても素敵！大きなキャリーケースも楽々広げられます。 ロワール川のほとりにあるため、ホテルの窓からの眺めも最高！高層階だとオルレアン市内も一望でき、カテドラルも見えちゃいます！ ベッドも広く、室内は比較的清潔感があります。 ユニットバス付きだったのが、フランスのホテルではなかなか珍しいので有難かったです。 次も利用します！

JJames DobleI recently stayed at the Hôtel de Bourbon (the Mercure one) in Bourges, and honestly, it felt like stepping into a little piece of history while still having all the modern comforts you could want. My room was a classic double, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent—properly supportive after a day of wandering around—and the bathroom had a great walk-in shower with good water pressure. Everything felt freshly renovated (they did a big update around 2018), with a nice blend of modern touches and the old abbey character. Some rooms overlook the park, which must be lovely in summer.

TTài khoản kháchThis hotel is beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely luxurious and very comfortable. There is a lift to access the rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is free car park just behind the hotel, which we found easily. The area feels very safe. You can also pull up outside the hotel on the parking bays, and the hotel will provide you with a free permit for 2 hours so you can unload your baggage and settle in before parking your car in the carpark. The hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful river setting, bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

TTài khoản kháchThe location is fantastic. Although the hotel does not have any private parking, there is free parking all around the building so was easy to find a convenient spot. The main town centre is about a 20 minute walk away however there are lots of local restaurants near by. We booked our stay through the TRIP website stating we needed parking and a dog friendly hotel. Neither were true, no hotel parking and no dogs allowed although the hotel were great and still allowed us to stay with our hound. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was ensuite. No complaints. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
