Khách sạn khá cũ, cần được cải tạo. Tôi ở phòng riêng có phòng tắm riêng. Nhưng mọi thứ vẫn cũ, có mùi cũ, nệm rất mềm (thảm lạ khắp nơi, n*** cả trên tường thang máy)). Nhưng vị trí rất tuyệt, chỉ cách ga tàu và trạm xe buýt liên tỉnh vài phút. Trung tâm cũng chỉ cách năm phút đi bộ. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Tôi mong khách sạn được cải tạo.

The Angus Inn is ideally situated. It's directly opposite the Queensgate Mall and only a few minutes walk from the Lower Hutt Bowling Club where we were attending a function. The Inn has all the facilities that you need such as a laundry and a restaurant. The booking went like clockwork with no hassles. An enjoyable stay.

It's our second time staying at this beautiful beautiful modern hotel, while the service ,customer service and location was great ,the rooms itself start showing the time ,while the room was fantastic, would do with a bit more attention to detail on the cleaning, still would highly recommend this place .

Stayed one night at James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor for a conference held onsite. Check-in staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel has three separate lift banks servicing different areas — if you’re unfamiliar with Wellington, definitely ask staff to explain the easiest exit route to the city. It makes a big difference. Breakfast was a very large buffet with plenty of options, though I’ve experienced better quality elsewhere. The hotel itself is older but has solid bones. Perfectly adequate for a work overnight stay. For personal travel I’d probably choose somewhere with more atmosphere, however it felt safe and comfortable. One odd feature: some rooms face an internal terrace/window area — remember to close your curtains as people can see straight in. Bed was clean and well made, the room was tidy, though the carpet is showing its age. The shower had excellent pressure and plenty of hot water — a highlight. Overall: reliable, practical conference accommodation rather than a destination stay.

I wanted to stay somewhere close to public transport. The main train station is just a stone’s throw away. It is near the end of Lambton Quay- the main drag in Wellington. Also for my friends who live in the outer suburbs of Wellington this hotel is close to the freeway and an easy access to collect me. The room is really clean and spacious and there is a kitchenette with stove and microwave to heat up/cook food. The bathroom is huge and has an accessible shower which is quite impressive.

The room is very tidy and big, even there is no parking available but the staff showed me a free space along the road to park overnight. There is even washing machine which surprised me and it was working well. The breakfast is good but price is 35 nzd not 19 mentioned in the trip site. I booked the room reading others' comment about the breakfast but to be honest the types of food is not so much and didnt meet my expectations.

Nice size room. Some plugs are not working and cannot get fixed during our stay. Staff responded quickly and offered to change room but we didn't accept as we don't want to repack our luggage. Provided an extensioon cord. TV was not working intermittly and seemed to be a common occurrence. Seems like all problems are electrically related. Staffs are very nice and respond very quickly.

Это очень неудобно , большие машины встают так что не разъехаться , за что берут деньги непонятно. Мы приехали с парома на одну ночевку. Я больше там не бронировала. Была еще молодежь пьяная , видимо место бюджетное разный контингент заселяется

MM_PorschaI stayed at Boulcott Suites for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent — plenty of eateries nearby (many Asian options), a New World supermarket just around the corner, and Cuba Street all within walking distance. For those driving, private parking is available at NZD 29 per night, though it does need to be booked in advance by calling ahead. The room itself was well-equipped, with nearly everything listed on their website provided. Amenities included tea, coffee, hot chocolate, an infusion tea selection, a coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, clothing rack, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer. There’s also a convenient kitchenette with a stove and full set of utilities if you’d like to prepare meals. Do note that some basics like a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, and bottled water aren’t supplied. I just drank the tap water, which seemed perfectly fine. On the downside, I felt the room was a little dusty, which took away slightly from the otherwise good presentation. I had also requested a baby cot during booking and was told it would be included, but it never arrived in the room. It wasn’t a big issue for me personally since the bed was large enough to co-sleep with my baby, but it’s worth mentioning for others who might rely on that service. All in all, Boulcott Suites is a convenient and comfortable choice in the heart of Wellington, with great amenities and an ideal location. With a little more attention to detail on housekeeping and guest requests, it would be close to perfect.

JJohannDEIt’s a good hotel not far away from the center and the main streets. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. I honestly can’t understand the bad reviews, it was a more budget option and therefore not the Hilton. Only thing that has a bad taste is that the building got a fine because it’s “Earthquake Prone”.

BBenny MarcusAura Hotel is located right next to the vibrant Cuba street and Courtenay place. The room on level 2, block J was spacious and in great condition. However, the first room I was assigned in Block 'N' had a strong, suffocating smell and lacked windows. I called the front desk to request a room change since I couldn't find any windows in that room or the dining area, only to be informed that all blocks in the hotel were windowless. As I walked back to the front desk, I noticed a block with open windows. The front desk staff wasn't happy with me for checking other blocks and also annoyed when I informed him that I knocked on neighboring 5 empty rooms in the Block, without any response, to enquire if they experience the smell too. The personnel claimed that the block I saw was the only one with windows and was fully booked. I returned to my initial room, but the odor persisted, prompting me to return the keys and applied for a refund. After almost an hour, we inspected the room again with the receptionist, and surprisingly, the smell had vanished. Despite this strange encounter, I still opted for a room change. I was given another room in block 'J', which, while also lacking windows, it had a better odour. As I explored the floor after settling in, I discovered several other blocks with windows. This experience reflected very poor service and dodgy misleading information from the front desk. The first six uploaded images are of Block N, while the subsequent images, beginning with the keys, showcase Block J.

TTài khoản kháchWe have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

TTài khoản kháchWe needed a place to stay in Wellington for a couple of nights and selected Trinity in a random selection online. Criteria were, reasonably easy to get to by car, reasonable proximity to Te Papa and reasonable price. Trinity covered those bases. Online booking was simple as was check-in. Car parking was in a Wilsons building just across the street, arranged by the hotel. The facilities were up to our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were all you could wish for. We were away from the hotel all day, so didn't need anything else. We had one evening meal in the restaurant and that was quite adequate in terms of preparation, flavors and portion size. Check-out was straightforward and we were offered storage for our luggage for the day although we didn't need that service. We are well into our 70's but walking to attractions was not an issue. We were more than happy with our stay and in similar circumstances would stay there again.
