The hotel was right next to the train station and the space and cleanliness of the room is very good. The breakfast set provided was also very delicious and there is free coffee 24 hours. Will definitely stay again.

The service was overall great, the staff was very considerate when i made a mistake on the check out time. The check out time was supposed to be 11am but they gave us 30 mins to check out. The amenities are also great! You can get whatever you need on the 3rd floor reception. They also have laundry self service on the 6th floor. Location is very accessible as it is very near the train station. There are lots of shops and restaurants.

Hotel is next to the train and bus station, very clean, warm and quiet.

It was our first time travelling to Tokyo. We were stressed about where to stay. Hotels in downtown were really expensive. We chose to stay here and we loved it as you can get anywhere with the train network in Tokyo. Check-in process was smooth. Receptionst very helpful. Loved the rooms. We got two rooms. A bit small but larger compared to other hotels with more expensive rates. Enjoyed our stay for a week. The JR line is actually just besides the hotel. You can use an app to help you get to where you like in 15 minutes. Alot of restaurants, mcdonalds, lawson, family mart besides the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Central location. Check in process with machine is not good.

Great hotel, super convenient as it's right next to the metro (15 second walk away). Rooms have been newly renovated and the amenities are great.

The bed is the best part, so comfy and service is on tops. Location is another point, right next to the exit and breakfast is superb

再次入住 工作人員的態度變得很差 多要兩個枕頭 第一個告訴我沒有 第二個告訴我在倉庫 第三個才願意拿給我 服務感知度極差 但是出行便利 靠近地鐵站 周邊吃飯也很方便的

我已經是多次入住這間酒店，很喜歡這個地區，首先這個酒店一出地鐵站便是，酒店附近有很多餐廳和食肆，完全不用擔心食的問題，下次來都京都一定會再入住這間酒店

非常滿意！酒店就在JR 赤羽站東出口邊上，非常方便。從成田機場過來，在日暮裏轉乘東北線直達。到池袋衹有兩站地，太方便了。酒店周邊周圍很多餐廳，超市，商場。 入住退房都特別快捷，服務人員很友善，提示我們前台處可以自取的咖啡，及可以自取的浴鹽，茶等等。我們忘記帶電源轉換器，晚上打電話到前台，前台女士秒送到房間，特別貼心。特別喜歡的還有房間裏自己加水的加濕凈化器，很好用。早餐也不錯，可以選一層小美人魚麪包店和二層Dennis

JR東日本酒店基本都在JR站旁邊，赤羽站位置雖不在市中心，但很驚喜地發現這裏竟然是一個區域商業中心，吃喝玩樂都有。東出口有吃飯的一番街、松本清、必愛歌等，西出口有兩個百貨商店，值得推薦。
