The WORST hotel experience that I have had so far. NOT recommended at all. The owner was in China, and the hotel did not have customer service. Just a lady was available at the front desk who could not speak English at all. She asked me to cancel my booking and pay cash to her because she had not received her salary for two months ago and when I did not accept that, she did not provide the rooms that I booked for me and my family. I had to spend one day on the Yerevan streets with two kids, pay a lot of money for taxis, and finally pay twice for another hotel.

The service from the reception staff was excellent, that was the only bright spot!

The host arminie she's so.lovely,accommodating always there to assist.the hotel is so convenient near in shops, city center.. The room is spacious, clean so comfortable bed it's a very good experienced. Thank you..I'll be back again

不知道以前情況怎樣，現在情況極差。7月下旬住了兩次，第一次入住，衞生間下水口返水，給我們換到另一個房間（兩個床變一個床）。第二次入住，馬桶一直滴水，不久居然沒有熱水了，原因是欠付天然氣費給停了。交涉後，第二天還是沒有。原因是老闆繼續拒交欠費。連續兩天沒有熱水，無法洗澡。本來欠費停供就不應該，提醒後，繼續拒交繼續停供就更不應該了。後來和攜程聯繫，攜程非常負責，直接聯繫老闆，瞭解情況和敦促解決。老闆還謊言已經交了費馬上來熱水（我人就在現場，老闆人不在現場，謊言給戳穿）。整個設施也是很破舊，不適居住需要維修。樓梯上屋頂漏水，用桶接着。無論是旅館條件和經營者職業操守，都有很大問題。我常年旅行，這是最差和最不可思議的住宿經歷。 很遺憾。兩端MP4（一段是衞生間下水口返水，一段是馬桶滴水）的視頻無法上傳。

В первую ночь вместо забронированного номера поселили в одноместную конуру. Приехали в 2 часа ночи поэтому выбора не было и пришлось согласиться.

房間衞生乾淨，離市區景點很近，走路到埃裏温階梯和共和國廣場以及埃裏温大教堂衹要17分鐘，如果打車衹要10元人民幣，老闆挺好，第二天包酒店的車很划算去塞凡湖，深坑修道院，加尼神廟，一路風景優美可以看到雪山，而且還吃到了老闆親自下廚的美味非常哇塞……！

事前にカード決済して、ホテルへ向かったところ、空き部屋がないので、今日は泊まれないと言われた。もちろん支払い分もキャンセル不可なので、お金も戻って来ません。返すつもりも無いという対応。アゴダ経由と直接ホテルへも何度も連絡入れたが、返答もなし。アルメニア自体がまだまだ観光とホテルとしてのインフラ整備が整って無いのでホテルばかりを責められないが、部屋が元々空いて無いのなら、アゴダに完売としっかり掲載すべきだし、謝罪もしっかりすべき。失礼極まりない対応で、ここのホテルは長くは続かないだろう。必ず淘汰されていく。

這是一家中國人開的酒店，前台有中文標識，但前台不是中國人，我是半夜去的，簡單交流拿護照就給我辦了入住，估計白天到還能通過中文嘮會嗑，房間在三樓，是那種斜頂的閣樓，床鋪上方有一個天窗，可以打開的，有點好玩。 酒店照片沒拍，就上幾張國家美術館不讓拍的美術作品吧，埃裏温很不錯，還會再去的
