位置很好，步行可以到烏菲茲、百花大教堂等，非常方便。 因為酒店處於老城區，房子比較古老，但是總體來説體驗不錯。

A historic five star hotel in the best location of Florence! Only 10 minutes ride from Florence main train station, wallking distance to major touristic attractions such as the famous Florence Cathedral, (Duomo), Ponte Vecchio or Piazza Signoria. The superior room was beautifully furnished, with clean marble bathroom! Amazing breakfast with fresh fruit, tasty pastries and a big selection of Italian parma ham! I would definitely book Firenze Bernini hotel again!

This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance. We will definitely come back!

我們非常滿意這家酒店，位置極好，緊鄰舊宮、烏菲茲、領主廣場、老橋，逛累了中午回來休息一下再出發，相當愜意。離百花大教堂、學院美術館也很近，步行來回毫無難度。 酒店佈置富有藝術氣息，又不失實用性。我們訂的家庭房，比想象中寬敞得多，讓人感覺酒店房間的面積數報得過於實誠。淋浴設備和空間都超預期。房間打掃得異常整潔。早餐也很精緻且美味。可以説，這家酒店滿足了我們對於佛羅倫薩酒店的一切要求，無可挑剔且性價比很高，即使是向來懶得寫點評的我，也不禁要贊歎一番。

入住當天上午我提前抵達，雖然未到規定的辦理時間，但前台員工主動協助我提前入住，對此我十分感謝。然而，我被安排入住的房間存在明顯問題：不僅緊鄰雜物間（不知為何在意大利我總被分到此類房間），而且室內下水道氣味濃重。本想着工作人員讓我提前入住已是照顧，便打算忍耐。可淋浴之後，異味愈發嚴重，實在無法忍受連續住三晚。 外出返回後，我向前台提出換房請求，接待的是一位不同的女員工。她顯得很不情願，神情中流露出嫌麻煩的態度，表現不夠專業。雖然最終為我更換了房間，但新房間的衞生間比之前小了近一半，我不確定是否為同等房型。 直到次日，另一位前台女孩主動為此前的房間問題向我致歉，也承認了異味的存在。整體而言，這次入住經歷可謂優劣交織，服務水平參差不齊。

very good location basically close to all attractions in florence. extremely friendly and hospitable staffs. room was also very clean and decent.

The location is relatively remote and not a major scenic spot, but the breakfast and rooms are great. It is by the river and is conveniently located near the riverside attractions.
