酒店在一個廣場內，吃飯逛街特別方便，酒店自己也有餐廳酒吧，服務非常好。房間很乾凈很大。大廳，樓梯，走廊到處都裝飾着關於勞力士手錶的圖畫，還有獎盃，不知道是收藏的，還是和這個品牌有關係。走路幾百米就到聖母百花大教堂，周圍小巷裡購物吃飯特別多，非常喜歡這裏。酒店有收費停車場，可以代泊車。服務員也會幫你提行李，服務非常好。

入住當天上午我提前抵達，雖然未到規定的辦理時間，但前台員工主動協助我提前入住，對此我十分感謝。然而，我被安排入住的房間存在明顯問題：不僅緊鄰雜物間（不知為何在意大利我總被分到此類房間），而且室內下水道氣味濃重。本想着工作人員讓我提前入住已是照顧，便打算忍耐。可淋浴之後，異味愈發嚴重，實在無法忍受連續住三晚。 外出返回後，我向前台提出換房請求，接待的是一位不同的女員工。她顯得很不情願，神情中流露出嫌麻煩的態度，表現不夠專業。雖然最終為我更換了房間，但新房間的衞生間比之前小了近一半，我不確定是否為同等房型。 直到次日，另一位前台女孩主動為此前的房間問題向我致歉，也承認了異味的存在。整體而言，這次入住經歷可謂優劣交織，服務水平參差不齊。

The hotel is conveniently located near the central station. But the street is too narrow and noisy when there were traffic. The staff are not friendly nor helpful. The only time you feel you are welcome was you booked tours through them. The breakfast room is small and in the basement. There is no view throughout the whole hotel.

Yêu khách sạn này rất nhiều🏨! Nói về khuyết điểm trước tiên, phòng không lớn nhưng khách sạn châu Âu đắt tiền nhưng cơ sở vật chất đầy đủ, sạch sẽ. Ưu điểm: Khách sạn thiết kế rất thời trang, lối vào có xích đu, mình thích màu hồng, còn có khu trò chuyện giải trí rộng rãi, ghế ngồi thoải mái, uống cà phê và sấy khô ngoài trời rất thoải mái. Khách sạn 🏨 cung cấp dịch vụ giặt là miễn phí, cạnh phòng giặt là khu vui chơi giải trí với bàn bóng bàn, bàn board game, phòng âm nhạc, mọi người có thể giết thời gian trong lúc chờ lấy quần áo. Cuối cùng, tại quầy bar trên sân thượng, bạn có thể gọi đồ uống và ngắm cảnh về đêm của Nhà Thờ Hoa.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ 2/5 Nice room, but hidden fees and disappointing location The room itself was beautiful — clean, stylishly decorated, and comfortable for a solo traveller, even if it was a little smaller than expected. So credit where it’s due: the physical space was lovely. Unfortunately, a few things really affected my stay. I was asked for a €50 per night deposit upon check-in, which came as a complete surprise. This was not mentioned anywhere when I booked, and it hit hard as a solo traveller on a tight budget. I lost €100 before I even saw the city, and it honestly dampened the whole experience. The staff at check-in were cold and not welcoming at all, which made the arrival feel awkward. Thankfully, check-out was much better — the person on the desk was kind and friendly, which helped leave things on a slightly better note. As for location: it’s not ideal. The hotel is tucked behind the main train station down some pretty dirty, sketchy-feeling streets. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, and for the price I paid, I expected to be much closer to the centre. Overall, the hotel itself is fine — but in the wrong location and definitely the wrong price bracket. Unless the prices come down and they’re more transparent about deposits, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear. The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much. And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice.
