Nothing could have been better regarding our stay. We requested early check-in and the coordination regarding our request was top-notch. All communications were warm and responsive. The accommodations were simply beautiful and the food was incredible. Safe and easy parking for our vehicle. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back.

Very impressed with this hotel. Across the road from train line that takes you direct from the airport. $10 on train for 40 min train ride. Great location for the city. Spotless with cleaning. Funky foyer. Water bottle in room and can refill from water fountain in lobby. Mini shop with snacks and pharmacy items. Fitness room was very clean. Had a cable machine, dumbbells, treadmill, cross trainer. Just didn’t have leg machines or barbells. Provides towels and water fountain in gym. Spacious elevators. Had a pod machine with coffee provided but no hot water in room for tea, but can get boiling water in the lobby. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The hotel is relatively new, rooms are spacious, breakfast is Ok. But, be prepared to spend 10-30 minutes waiting for the elevator and in the breakfast hours or check in hours it might take even longer. When checking out I had to use the stairs to get down from 8th floor after waiting 20 minutes for the elevator!!! The general service is also almost absent. I asked to bring bedding to the room for my kid and prepare the sofa, they said they they have no staff , but promised at least to bring bedding to the room. Four hours later - nothing happened. I had to get back to reception and eventually received it there and had to do everything myself

The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room. I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

Overall nice and clean, great location, better breakfast than I expected! Downside: got noisy neighbors screaming at 3am. Also found the sound proof fo both the adjacent rooms and corridor was limited. The staff were overall helpful and nice, except one.. Recommended for short trips.

We had a nice stay in Hampton,walkable to City center.rAlso good breakfast and unlimited coffee and drinks anytime you want.Tnx to Mr.Herman,for being so accommodating and helpful during our check-in.He was so kind and that he even he gave us a bag of goodies us a welcome gift.Tnx so mch Mr.Herman,you made our stay in Hampton memorable.
