TTài khoản kháchA Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. Highly recommended. ❤️

AAmy LucWe had a wonderful stay here. The location is the best, right in the center of the city, walking distance to all attractions. Only very short walk if you are going to use the train. The hotel staff are lovely, specially the Italian doorman. We had a nice welcome gift on arrival and was upgraded to a bigger room. Can't wait to be back

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

TTom loves to travelMe and my partner stayed 3 nights in the hotel, we had forgotten a travel adapter and the staff were so kind and gave one to us. The staff all went above and beyond especially the receptionist Valentina. Breakfast was great, just what you need to start the day. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was extremely convenient to walk from the hotel to everywhere in Florence, and right next to Santa Maria Novella station. We visited in December and were happy to have hearing in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

IItsJim⭐⭐☆☆☆ 2/5 Nice room, but hidden fees and disappointing location The room itself was beautiful — clean, stylishly decorated, and comfortable for a solo traveller, even if it was a little smaller than expected. So credit where it’s due: the physical space was lovely. Unfortunately, a few things really affected my stay. I was asked for a €50 per night deposit upon check-in, which came as a complete surprise. This was not mentioned anywhere when I booked, and it hit hard as a solo traveller on a tight budget. I lost €100 before I even saw the city, and it honestly dampened the whole experience. The staff at check-in were cold and not welcoming at all, which made the arrival feel awkward. Thankfully, check-out was much better — the person on the desk was kind and friendly, which helped leave things on a slightly better note. As for location: it’s not ideal. The hotel is tucked behind the main train station down some pretty dirty, sketchy-feeling streets. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, and for the price I paid, I expected to be much closer to the centre. Overall, the hotel itself is fine — but in the wrong location and definitely the wrong price bracket. Unless the prices come down and they’re more transparent about deposits, I wouldn’t stay here again.

TTài khoản khách駅から7分、ウフッツイ美術館まで10分と、とても立地のいい場所にありますが、ホテルの看板があるわけではないので、見つけにくかった！10mそばに立っているのに、行ったり来たりしても分からず、近所のホテルマンに聞いたら「すぐそこだよ」て指差された先に小さなドア。インターホン押して、開けてもらって、3階に上がりようやくチェックイン。部屋は可愛い、朝食も朝早い出発だと言ったら「朝食店に作って前日引き渡しを依頼できる」と臨機応変な対応。シャワーもある、冷蔵庫もある、ベットボトル水も用意してある。部屋を出て一つ上に上がると共用の古都の屋根の風景がみえるテラスがある。チェックインがスムーズにいけばとてもいい宿。

Su amabilidad y su atención: excepcional, el que tenga piscina, aunque sea pequeñita, para darse un chapuzón sobre todo en verano, con el calor que hace, es un punto importante a tener en cuenta, y aunque he leído que no avisan de que no tiene ascensor y que muchos casos, como a nosotros, te mandan al segundo piso con muchos escalones, es cierto, pero también ellos te suben y te bajan las maletas. Sin duda, repetiré en este Hotel en mi próximo viaje a Florencia .
