Bữa sáng gồm có bánh mì, bánh sừng bò và bánh quy, cũng như giăm bông, phô mai, ngũ cốc, sữa, sữa chua, mứt, nước ép, cà phê, dưa hấu, dưa lưới, cà chua và dưa chuột. AAmy LucWe had a wonderful stay here. The location is the best, right in the center of the city, walking distance to all attractions. Only very short walk if you are going to use the train. The hotel staff are lovely, specially the Italian doorman. We had a nice welcome gift on arrival and was upgraded to a bigger room. Can't wait to be back

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel is conveniently located near the central station. But the street is too narrow and noisy when there were traffic. The staff are not friendly nor helpful. The only time you feel you are welcome was you booked tours through them. The breakfast room is small and in the basement. There is no view throughout the whole hotel.

Nice room, but hidden fees and disappointing location
The room itself was beautiful — clean, stylishly decorated, and comfortable for a solo traveller, even if it was a little smaller than expected. So credit where it’s due: the physical space was lovely.
Unfortunately, a few things really affected my stay. I was asked for a €50 per night deposit upon check-in, which came as a complete surprise. This was not mentioned anywhere when I booked, and it hit hard as a solo traveller on a tight budget. I lost €100 before I even saw the city, and it honestly dampened the whole experience.
The staff at check-in were cold and not welcoming at all, which made the arrival feel awkward. Thankfully, check-out was much better — the person on the desk was kind and friendly, which helped leave things on a slightly better note.
As for location: it’s not ideal. The hotel is tucked behind the main train station down some pretty dirty, sketchy-feeling streets. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, and for the price I paid, I expected to be much closer to the centre.
Overall, the hotel itself is fine — but in the wrong location and definitely the wrong price bracket. Unless the prices come down and they’re more transparent about deposits, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Chỉ mất khoảng 25 phút đến trung tâm thành phố. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng ấm cúng, có máy lạnh, phòng tắm sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Chúng tôi đặt phòng đã bao gồm bữa sáng. Bữa sáng buffet rất ngon. Con gái tôi rất thích. Tôi giới thiệu khách sạn này cho mọi người. 👍❤️

JJiaowoliudehuathật tuyệt vời! Đây là một công viên rộng lớn với nhiều loại phòng để lựa chọn và bạn cũng có thể lái xe RV vào để cắm trại. Có hồ bơi, bãi đậu xe miễn phí và bạn có thể đỗ xe ở bãi đậu xe chuyên dụng cạnh phòng. Khi tôi nhận phòng, máy điều hòa trong phòng đã được điều chỉnh đến nhiệt độ thích hợp! Có bàn ghế ở cửa, cũng như giá phơi quần áo ngoài trời. Nếu tôi đến Florence lần nữa, tôi sẽ chọn ở lại đây một lần nữa. Không có nhiều muỗi như đánh giá, bạn chỉ cần đóng cửa sổ và cửa ra vào kịp thời. Lễ tân khách sạn sẽ cung cấp cho bạn mọi thông tin bạn cần. Có xe buýt đưa đón vào thành phố với giá 3 Euro khứ hồi.

Su amabilidad y su atención: excepcional, el que tenga piscina, aunque sea pequeñita, para darse un chapuzón sobre todo en verano, con el calor que hace, es un punto importante a tener en cuenta, y aunque he leído que no avisan de que no tiene ascensor y que muchos casos, como a nosotros, te mandan al segundo piso con muchos escalones, es cierto, pero también ellos te suben y te bajan las maletas.
Sin duda, repetiré en este Hotel en mi próximo viaje a Florencia .
