Very spacious room but 10mins walk from metro. Luckily it was easy to get a taxi near hotel

Fietser Residence is such an amazing place to stay at. The staff members are extremely friendly, so accommodating and go the extra mile for one. The place that we stayed in is a little dated but it was lovely staying in the apartment as it was clean and it provided everything we needed. There is some mold on the wallpaper here and there as can be seen in the pictures but other than that the place was spotless and the hotel literally thinks of everything. They provide shaving blades, earplugs and just small details that most other hotels don't have and the beds are extremely soft and comfortable plus they provided a crib for our daughter. The cleaning staff also cleans the rooms daily and provides new towels and bedding should you require. Just a heads up, you will have to pay a 1000RMB deposit which will be returned once you leave the hotel and nothing is broken. Also, the TV's are really outdated and they only have cable connection so no smart TVs. There is wifi though so I would suggest taking your own TV box/stick just to keep yourself entertained. Don't forget your charger bricks as well because they don't have USB ports. Breakfast, is also great and they have a variety of Chinese and western food. The area itself is also great, not too far from the metro and Coco park mall is also close plus there are many restaurants and shops around to explore.

Decent and affordable place a little out of the center. 10 minute walk to Xiangmihu Metro Station and 20 minute walk to Coco Park. 5 minute walk down the street at Xinwen Road there's a Starbucks, 7-11, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, 85, Mannings and other restaurants.

跟女朋友過紀念日，想訂兩年前同一間房結果被長租出去了，免費幫忙升級了房間，還幫忙精心佈置，還送了蛋糕，非常驚喜非常感謝。

前台工作人員態度非常好，見我們帶了小寶寶特地升級了房型。 上一次住是七八年前了，相比之下房間的設施還是有些老舊了，房間裏也有些氣味，空氣不是很好，有明顯煙味，希望這方面可以做得再好點哦！ 下次還是會來這邊住，挺方便的！

洒店在景田區，附近有些洒樓，房間很大，裝修很別致，沖涼的水溫不能夠再調高，太冷了不能浸浴，位置近香蜜湖去山姆也很方便。

這家酒店式公寓性價比很高，前台辦理速度很快！樓層安排很高！房間收拾乾淨整潔。出差要去會展中心很方便，樓下路過的士挺多的，酒店也有自己的停車場在負三樓，住客可以免費停！外賣有機器人送，特別方便，入住體驗滿意！

深圳商務出差首選的酒店，衞生打掃的很乾凈，房間面積很大，有獨立的廚房這個特別喜歡，床墊很軟很舒服，服務很好，特別是前台和客房的阿姨們都特別有禮貌，有什麼需求都會第一時間幫忙解決，位置特別好靠近深南大道出行打車特別方便。作為商務出差，價格不管短期還是長期都值得推薦。
