The rooms in this place are very spacious and equipped with everything you need.

Fietser Residence is such an amazing place to stay at. The staff members are extremely friendly, so accommodating and go the extra mile for one. The place that we stayed in is a little dated but it was lovely staying in the apartment as it was clean and it provided everything we needed. There is some mold on the wallpaper here and there as can be seen in the pictures but other than that the place was spotless and the hotel literally thinks of everything. They provide shaving blades, earplugs and just small details that most other hotels don't have and the beds are extremely soft and comfortable plus they provided a crib for our daughter. The cleaning staff also cleans the rooms daily and provides new towels and bedding should you require. Just a heads up, you will have to pay a 1000RMB deposit which will be returned once you leave the hotel and nothing is broken. Also, the TV's are really outdated and they only have cable connection so no smart TVs. There is wifi though so I would suggest taking your own TV box/stick just to keep yourself entertained. Don't forget your charger bricks as well because they don't have USB ports. Breakfast, is also great and they have a variety of Chinese and western food. The area itself is also great, not too far from the metro and Coco park mall is also close plus there are many restaurants and shops around to explore.

Good location nice service facilities also good price reasonable

Decent and affordable place a little out of the center. 10 minute walk to Xiangmihu Metro Station and 20 minute walk to Coco Park. 5 minute walk down the street at Xinwen Road there's a Starbucks, 7-11, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, 85, Mannings and other restaurants.

第一次出差住酒店式公寓，感覺還挺不錯的😊房間很大，很適合家庭出行跟短期出差，房間的傢俱配置也很齊全，廚房洗衣機冰箱也都有😍😍前台也很氣派，送餐機器人超有意思的🤓🤓下次出差還選這裏

衛生程度：房間衛生清潔不錯，只是角位偶有灰塵。 位置：香蜜湖站C1出口行10分鐘就到，算容易行。 服務：不錯 設施：房間有歲月痕跡。但空間大，有2房2廁及浴缸，驚喜。 其他：對面街有24小時便利店，再過2條街有超市快餐店火鍋店，食嘢唔成問題。
