清潔感がありとても有意義に過ごせました。ちょっとベットが小さかったけど、どこも同じなので慣れました。このホテルはまた利用してみたいです。

チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の手荷物預かりが助かります。ランドリーもあるので次回は着替えを減らして取ろうと思います。館内着でレストランやロビー以外は移動できますよ。

大浴場、露天風呂等で仕事疲れを癒して貰えます。 また、食事はバイキングスタイルでとても種類が多く堪能させてもらった。

満足してます。いつもありがとうございます。

廊下の声もなく、静かに休めました。

Room tiny but more expensive than last hotel in Hiroshima. Location good for station. Breakfast ok again but could fill up own cup for own coffee unlike last one. We did change our booking of our Tokyo spa hotel based on this and glad we did.

close walking distance to the main Osaka station, so recommend this hotel only if you are planning to stay for a night before you catch the train next day! Else it is quite far away from things to see and do in Osaka and limited restaurant options around. the hotel rooms are super tiny, but the hotels public bath/ onsen was amazing!!!!

Very near to Shin-Osaka station. We chose to stay at Shin-Osaka as the hotel rates were cheaper than at Kyoto. Also, we had the JR Pass & Kyoto was only 20 mins away by the bullet train. You need to take the "East Gate" exit from Shin Osaka & choose the entrance on your right. The hotel should be less than 10 minutes by walk. The room was super compact i.e. we had to slide our suitcases under the bed. However, I realise this is the norm in Japan & can't complain. We stayed for 4 nights & didn't have any problems. The property had a coin operated laundry, which was useful. Overall a good stay & we would love to visit them again.

Business hotel at its best - I appreciated the double bed in the room which made it feel a little more luxurious but you were quickly reminded that it wasn't when you walked into the bathroom with a little half sink and almost no shelf space anywhere. There was ample storage space under the bed for luggage and I appreciated the inclusion of a refrigerator. What made up for this was having access to the grand spa daily. The women's room was excellent with many shower stalls, two shared soaking pools, and two private tubs. It was also helpful that your room's television told you how full the baths were in case you were looking for certain times that were more relaxing. The vanity stations were well stocked with toiletries which made it much more enticing to use than your own room's bathroom too, haha. It's a little far from the main attractions of Osaka (20-25 min by subway), but its not a deal-breaker either.

リッチよし、窓からはかろうじて新幹線、上空は飛行機が見られる。お部屋は機能的で清潔。エアコンの異音は気になったが他には問題なし。新大阪に宿泊するときはお勧めです

東口から徒歩5分と立地は申し分ありません 大きい荷物もベット下スペース広いので収納可能 アメニティーも充実ですし、余分な荷物は要りません 時間帯選ぶ必要ある位小さめですが、大浴場もあるので、ゆっくり出来るのも嬉しい モニターで混雑具合は確認できますので利用した方が良いです チェックイン、アウトも時間かかりませんし、ビジネスにはピッタリです 朝食も1Fのきらくさんで頂けますが、会場狭いので、時間帯は注意必要です

サウナがあるともっと最高ですが。 今でも十分満足でした。部屋も仕事ができるようにかなり明るいライトだったので、仕事もできました
