酒店前台服務人員歧視亞洲人。我訂的兩間最貴的海景房。但是給我們安排的房在一個特別偏僻的地方，就衹有兩三個房間，就在一個特別偏僻露天的一個角落裡。也沒裝修好，那個道破破爛爛的。再去找他換，還不願意換海景房，又給我們換一個親子房。後來第三次才給我們換了正常的房間。但是一進去房間裏更離譜，床單被罩很臟，一看就是沒換過，很多污漬和頭髮。讓服務人員再換一次，還氣鼓鼓的不願意。

非常不錯的酒店很方便出遊景色也不錯物美價廉經濟實惠房間很安靜東西也很好吃可以沖鴨美滋滋太棒啦嘿嘿開心

房間有些老舊，好在海灘和泳池環境不錯，特別值得説的是酒店工作人員特別熱情友好，沒有那種張口閉口小費的情況

服務不滿意，剛到前台服務態度不好，辦事墨跡，耗時巨長。回到酒店後，浴室洗澡花灑🚿也是壞的，10秒熱水燙**瞬間又秒變冷水凍**，反應給了服務員，樓層酒店管理員，前台結果就是沒有結果，沒有任何人過來檢修。餐廳服務員也是*****，對歐洲人服務熱情，**似的貼上去，亞洲人面孔，即使叫了需要餐具和其它東西都不會給你拿過來。所以如果有其它選擇請儘量選擇其它酒店，不建議這個酒店。這是我有史以來寫的最誠懇最認真的一個評論。希望大家避坑，有一個愉快的旅途。 設施：不好，不匹配這樣的價格 衞生：很一般 環境：還好 服務：極差

酒店性價比高。外部環境優美，設施齊全。房間設施簡易，衞生乾淨，但被褥毛巾等陳舊起毛，房門特難開。三餐豐盛，米飯適合華人口味。

本來想着中轉一晚，誰知差出想像，房間骯臟不堪，被子上全是污跡，陽台外是垃圾，餐食非常糟糕！前台經理完全沒有服務理念，如果不想影響旅程體驗，切記避雷！

非常垃圾的酒店，特別是酒店經理，態度非常差，服務員形同虛設，想要有好心情的朋友，不要找這家酒店給自己找罪受。

三頓自助餐，酒水飲料全天免費，游泳池，海景大陽台，這點錢值了，別説其他什麼了，哪怕不怎麼樣

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I really like the library lobby concept. I left a book myself for polish tourists to read. Food was good, lot of options. What stood out the most, though, was the excellent service. Ahmed was especially helpful and kind — always ready to assist with any questions or requests. His professionalism and friendly attitude made my stay even better. I would happily come back!

Great Hotel.. staff was very friendly, beach very clean. Animation team very welcoming and involved everyone. Definitely worth a visit.. food was tasty and loads to choose from. Big room and great all time experience.

On arrival late CHECK IN Man/boy at reception had no clue . No seniour staff available. Horrendous. THE ROOM was very UNCLEAN AND DATED AND TIRED . Beds had obviously been pulled over not changed bedding . As we discovered when desperately trying to get needed sleep. Morning after SHOWER hot cold hot cold temperature control was insignificant. BREAKFAST clearly last night food . Boiled eggs ok but to get to food you have to lift hot lids . With no protection. Our room was changed to pool view . Nice view but the room exactly as above. ENTERTAINMENT NONE EXSISTENT. Unless you go to hotel next door that is even worse than here. Very dirty and staff despise you because your from next door. ENTERTAINMENT staff are extremely ignorant even beyond the language barrier. Food very repetitive and disguised. Hotel guest had bad diarrhea. No amount of complaints helped. We looked at flight home early but none available. POOL clean maintained. No sunbeds as beach attendance already been bribed . If any staff help especially in dining room they hold thier hand out expected money. If you don't pay they are horrible all week . Hubby and eldest afe 14 hurt themselves getting in and out of pool. No information given out..ENTERTAINMENT Dining time ect . ALL RECEPTION STAFF extremely rude . Drinks are watered down. Tvs don't work properly. Room cleaner very lazy . I normally leave a tip at end of week to those who earned them . After day 3 I started leaving things to check. He failed every single time. So my bathroom was not wiped round. Nor was the phone or bedside table but yet my wardrobe was open !!!! 4 times . Air conditioning doesn't work either. If I had to say anything nice it would be the old portly large man in reception is helpful on our day of leaving and the ground floor cleaning boy. Holiday companies should be ashamed advertising this hotel.

Although the hotel needs updating everything else was great , food lovely plenty of choice . Clean rooms , staff were amazing and helpful . The life guards worked endlessly cleaning the jelly fish off the beach , luckily the jelly fish are harmless . I'd go back there I really had a great time

Checked in 19 April approximately 6am, rude reception at the check in desk, the man treated the couple before us like dirt insisted non some voucher that no one know what he was referring to, he did the same with us. The place is dirty, grubby and rundown, this was the first impression walking into the door. Went to the room, the room same as the rest of the hotel, rundown and grubby and not really clean, the couldn’t lock from inside, beds hard and worn out over the years. Our room was located under some extremely loud water pump system(I think it is) located right above our room. The noise is unbearable from both the construction site and the water system on the roof. I requested that we be moved to another room, they agreed on moving is later the day. The clincher for me was going for a quick breakfast, we arrived in a rundown, dirty eating area (don’t think it can be called a restaurant). The man served us an omelette, the cooking area and facilities were absolutely grubby, filthy and not clean at all. We were in the eating area 15 mins before breakfast was over, I tried to get a cup of coffee from an old grubby coffee machine, that was unplugged by an employee as I was about to use it. There is no concept of customer service and satisfaction at this place. I have decided to find alternative accommodation, this was the best decision we made at cost. In a nutshell, we checked in at approximately 6am, we were gone by 10am! Never again.

Hotel not good, very run down and very dirty, manager was not interested as had the local taxi company owner started pushing my partner and asked hotel to get the police they played this down just tried to say that this is a company that have paid to be in the hotel eh have we not paid to be there as well lol, we asked hotel company for a move even offered to pay more money for to do this. Food was shocking never ever been 4* in its life, we had to eat out most days as even breakfast was terrible dinning room was dirty so put you of from eating there they were taking the plates and cutlery and cups to go wash between serving not one matched, plates were chipped and grubby looking all different sizes, got loads of pictures of the place for to back up this review shower stopped working in room only had sink with no plug in it so called reception, guy came up looked and said yes ten minutes we waited over a hour still no one so called again told it’s Ramadan people will be a little longer. They also told us yes you have sink there but no way can you have a shower in sink. we had been in sea so needed a shower for salt. Everyone we spoke to in hotel were complaining saying not what the reviews said it was, pictures were deffo taken about 25-30 years prior, ruined the holiday to be honest as felt dirty most of the time. We have been to Egypt several times so know what to expect but this was the biggest disappointment ever keep your eyes peeled as lots of other going to review as well
