Room was very close to mall and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very lacking in options, would suggest to improve on number of hot dishes.

Nice and friendly hotel. Easy to find, near the mrt . They provide shuttle to nearby mrt and easy to move around

We stayed for 3 nights, very clean and affordable price. Location is a bit far from center, but near Bus stop and Train station so walkable to any of those. Very convenient for visiting Smallword Miniature Museum and teamLab Planet so my kid loves that. Thanks.

Only book if you have prior commitments near the hotel otherwise the location is not good at all. Although there is a direct bus to Ginza which takes around 20 minutes, I’d rather be somewhere else and near historical districts like Asakusa. Service was also not good. They were only nice to local Japanese people.

Very spacious and modern. They give 2 pillows (of different types even!) which is quite a luxury in Japanese hotels. Staff are efficient and location is highly recommended. Across from a large mall with a large grocery store. Would 100% stay again.

The best thing about this hotel would be the location, it’s located at a nice area and it’s close to a big shopping mall, but with all honesty everything else was a bit disappointing, in order for them to provide bottled water you need to make a review on a website, the rooms are too small, we were 3 persons in a 2 persons room with no space to handle the suitcases. We stayed for 3 nights and they never did the rooms, only change the trash plastic bag. They never offered the amenities. I would not recommend this hotel for stays over one night.

The hotel is eco-friendly so there’s no daily cleaning provided, early check in or late checkout cost you 💴1000/hr. All the amenities like dental kit / coffee mix u must come down to collect at the reception, abit far from downtown. U must take 2 lines of train/ 1hr to Shibuya or Shinjuku.

new hotel with parking. self service check in and check out with machine (with multi language). breakfast is simple but nice. nearby mall and metro station.

Friendly and helpful service. Great location close to train station and right across the road from an onsen facility. Breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again!

The location is good, within short walking distance to the train station and bus stop. Very convenient to transfer around. Staffs are friendly and willingly to guide/assist in whatsoever matter arise. Breakfast spreads is average yet good in providing a balance meal for early morning.

The hotel is situated in a good location, with a train station and a shopping mall just a walking distance away. Check-in was easy using the automated check-in terminals. You just have to enter your passport number to retrieve your booking.
