Very nice hotel closer to Team Labs planet and Tokyo Disney, beautiful views from our room. Staff is so friendly representing Japanese culture.

Conveniently located near stations and shopping malls. The room size is small but comfortable.

There was an in built multi pin socket for all international travelers which I found very useful. The buffet spread was sumptuous as well.

We stayed at this nearby hotel near the Haneda airport. The staff was nice but minimal English. Had to use Google translate. We didn’t stay a night as it’s a late flight. We used the room to relax with our small children. The bathroom’s extractor fan above the bath was full of dust which was very unusual for Japanese standard.

Loved this hotel, simple to get to all places we needed to like Disneyland and Disney sea. Public transport simple and staff really friendly at the hotel. Only downside was if you have big luggage, you will have limited space but fantastic overall. 🤩🤩👍👍

Good choice to stay when you want to go to TeamLab and the Seafood Market, can reach with just walk a little bit for both.

Hotel is conveniently located within 5 minites of the train station (Ariake Tennis-no-mori station). The place is very peaceful and tranquil at night. The staffs are always helpful in any ways possible

The aircon was really bad given that we switched on the aircon for hours at 21 degrees but the room remained stuffy. When we sought help from the staff, they claimed that they can’t do much as many guests are using the aircon at the time despite we tried to highlight that we have switched on the aircon for hours. There is also a motion sensor light at the door area which does not switch off at all. This made the night sleeping an issue. Again when asked the staff, we were told they cannot do anything to the motion sensor entrance light. Ended up we have to find ways to tape around the light so that the kids and ourselves can sleep without the bright light. These experience have soured our stay experience given that we were looking forward to stay at this hotel. Will choose other hotels around Ariake area next round.

Close to ariake garden and the metro as well as the bus stop. Pro tip: it’s easier and faster to take the bus to get into Ginza and the bus goes straight to Tokyo station as well

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff who made the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I had the best night's sleep! The location was also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. I especially loved the [mention any standout feature like the pool, spa, or restaurant], which made my stay feel extra special. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the service throughout my stay was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area!
