When I arrived the staff was NOT friendly at all. When I ask her a question, she was very short, didn’t smile and never explain the amenities of the hotel like the other staff next to me. I was in room 319 with a view of the HVAC unit, the tub and room was filthy, the lamp by the bed was missing a light bulb, the shower equipment is falling apart and the Hotel restaurant food was horrendous This place need major renovation.!!!!

Front desk attendant excellent. Clean comfortable room. Excellent restaurant.

Very unclear about whats included and not included

The hotel was only a few minutes away from NYC, room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything was convenient for my trip, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

The bed is the best part very comfy

bathtub clogged. minimal daily maintenance

Easy access, plenty of parking. Unfortunately, I intended to sleep in but the sunlight seeps through the side of the wall! Next time I will bring a sleep mask. None the less I will stay again.

I have stayed here 5 or 6 times in the last 3 weeks as my husband is a patient at NYP Hospital. Cant say enough about the cleanliness, comfort and hospitality - absolutely wonderful. Also loved the restaurant - A nice bar and restaurant with an affordable Bar menu and a menu with more expensive options. Everything I had was delicious and the service was excellent. This has made a difficult time so much easier for me and my family.

Very outdated hotel- disappointed for the name of the hotel. The water was cold in the morning too and bathroom toilet seat was so old.. I was scared to sit on it... Musky smell due to carpet on the floor. Do not recommend

The property was super clean and the staff was very nice. They did have problems with the water, but that wasn’t under their control, so I scratch that off. The restaurant kitchen opens late, which is a bummer. The gift shop, that has snacks and such, seemed to always be closed. Other than that, I would have given it 5 stars.

The staff was friendly and really nice and gave us delicious cookies which my family and I loved. Overall the hotel was clean but the condition of the building and facilities were dated and sub par. Our room smelled like an old dingy house in a horror movie. Also, our bathroom door was swollen from water damage. The building is overdue for a renovation. We asked for a refund and left the same day as check in because our room did not have hot water. The front desk was very accommodating and sympathetic.

The service was very good and staff friendly, but the location is tired and needs updating. House keeping was very clean. Pool was good but hot tub was broken.

Right by the George Washington bridge which is convenient if traveling to NYC. Best value for my money and not too pricey considering that is the holidays. Has restaurant on premises but did eat there. I am from Jersey so ate in local restaurants. I definitely would stay here again.
