Very Excellent! The room was large and tidy, any other facilities were also of high quality

It was in a great location being minutes away from the train station, city centre and the arena so would definitely recommend if that is what you are wanting. It was clean throughout but in areas could have done with an extra go over, although the service provided was brilliant, always someone at the desk to help and very helpful also. The only thing my partner and I picked up on is that the amenities wasn't all that good, for the price of the stay there could've been more. But overall it was a good hotel to stay in.

Very, very poor hotel. Old, desperately in need of refurbishment and soul less. Not really near the centre of Leeds and expensive NCP parking. Can’t think of anything to recommend the place.

Great space! Very clean and really close to the city center. I totally enjoyed my stay here.

Lovely stay but the shower was poor. Hot water but it wasn’t powerful at all.

Hotel is very neat, great location. Breakfast is a big down for the charged price

廁所洗澡水流了一地，暖氣自動關機，被子上很多毛髮，感覺沒有換被子，就是感覺整體衞生上面沒有那麼乾淨。

早餐還可以，位置一流，可惜浴室設備勁差，沒抽氣沒杯淋浴花洒不夠力，更沒吹風筒，勁差。

Overall very good stay, close to centre, clean rooms. Staff were nice and helpful and we had no other issues.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Rebecca has gone above and beyond to make my stay a very enjoyable one. I'm profoundly deaf so find her very helpful in all aspects of hospitality regarding cleanliness of rooms supply of refreshments bed changes and making sure iim comfortable with my stay and my safety too she's offered me deaf alarms to help me and always has a welcoming smile and asks if I need any help with anything. I'd definitely look forward to staying again . Thankyou

Disgusting atmosphere. Dirty rooms and washroom.poor customer service. They don't know something called " Thank You". Very noisy environment.

The room I had was amazing. No noise from other rooms and the comfiest nights sleep I've had in a while. The staff are brilliant too always going the extra mile to help. Daniela especially is a ray of sunshine on every morning! I cannot wait to stay again.

No frills - bare room etc but actually rather comfortable and good breakfast. (Changing the nail lighting to warm white from cold white in room and bathroom would make a world of difference). Breakfast very good - fresh tasting served in a nice space with comfy seating. Impressed to be honest.
