Very good. The service is very good

The room really was a small double . But it was very clean & ideal for overnight stay in the city Carpark next to the hotel really handy as it’s right in the old part of the city

We upselled our room with a balcony facing the alley for €28 everynight. The balcony door cannot be closed properly with the loosened screws, but its safe to stay in 4th floor. The room is so small that we needed to set up the second luggage in the bathroom. The space of the bathroom could have been bigger if it was a slide door. Always have prompt hot water with strong water pressure. The hotel has no restaurant but they provide a coffee with a bun for €7. The receptionist is nice and helpful provided with luggage storage. The room is always thoroughly clean and we love the cleaning soñarita. The location is unbeatable only 6 mins walk to port for boarding to Palma/Ibiza. I dont feel the Gothic district is unsafe as other people said on online comments. I don’t have anything to complain. Everything is honestly showed on the hotel description.

Service is abysmal... we paid 170€ per night and got the worst treatment I ever experienced in my 51 years of travel around the world by the night staff lady... instead of apologizing for letting us wait in front of the hotel for 5 minutes despite their 24 hour lobby access promise, we got accused with being aggressive and threatening just because I rang, knocked on the glass door, and then voiced my disproval loud and clearly... She could have show understanding as she hadn't put up a notification for informing guests about when she'll be back from the extended dump she was allegedly taking, but she'd rather resort to ignoring my wishes to speak to the manager, who according to her recommended she should call the police on us. ON PAYING GUESTS!... of course the police didn't show up, we stayed the night, but this hotel won't ever see us again! Horrible person!!!

Good place close to old center of the city. Very clean. They don’t have a good breakfast, but you will have plenty of nice cafes and restaurants around the place.

Location is great. Room small and noisy. Bit run down but generally clean. Poor breakfast.

Hesperia hotel was in a great location with markets and restaurants close by. Very walkable to the Gothic district and subway stations. Room was a comfortable size with a coffee maker and hot water kettle. The balcony was small but a nice addition to the room!

Staff are very friendly, the hotel is in a very good location with most famous places in a walkable distance. There are some good restaurants nearby as well.

Bathroom is big but not sufficient table top to place my own amenities, the partition for the shower area is useless, water simply spill to the floor and making the whole floor area all wet!

Wonderful service and really friendly staff. The location is near the sea and subway stations, so it’s pretty convenient to enjoy the beautiful view of this great city.

The moment we arrived to the hotel we realized that the location is amazing, in the center of everything and was really close to the beach as we wanted. The staff are really nice, always helped and welcomed us amazingly. In the moment that we steped into the hotel there was a strong smell of mold. The check in was efficient and We got our rooms very fast. When we entered the room it didnt look like the room in the pictures of the hotel. We had a problem with our shower door, and also the squizer of the shampoo. Also the sheets of one of the beds was dirty. When we asked to fix the problems in the room and change the sheets we were told that they dont have any workers for now, and just in 2 days it will be done. We asked to chenge our room, and the room was quite ok, as same at the first room but just in higher floor. We didn’t enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big but everything feels old and not welcoming. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. Except frm the prime location and the kind staff the experience was awful.
