Very convenient to go anywhere. Over all cozy. The breakfast is nice. Recommended.

We had a very bad experience with the Kitchen staff and 2 of their Receptionist. They accused us for not paying the breakfast infront of all the Guest, which is the fact that it is included in our Reservation. They didnt even say a simple SORRY!! its very very unprofessional! So disappointing!!!!!

Ok for the price, near public transport, easy for travel, the room is old, Air Con. was too loud. The blanket is not clean (The brown one), but the white one is ok The Breakfast was very very great!!!!

Near two metro lines, one of which is the train terminal. The room was quite big but a little old looking. Looks like the pictures. We enjoyed staying here for 2 nights.

Location is quite convenient. Around 13mins walk from Rome Termani Station, where the main trains depart from/arrive into, and where the airport shuttle buses are located. Close to multiple bus stops that takes you to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Tiber Island and other key attractions, and within walkable distance to Villa Borghese Gallery. There are a few restaurants that open till late night in the area and mini-supermarkets as well in the neighborhood. It's quiet and isn't noisy. Hotel has a lift that takes you up to your room, a locked room for storing baggage, and only a few stairs at the entrance so accessibility is good. Single room size is decent, with windows, and toilet with stand shower and stable hot water that doesn't fluctuate in temperature and good drainage, no leakage. Recommendation for the hotel to provide some more toiletries and basic amenities besides shower cap, as there are nothing else in the room. No hot water boiler, no hairdryer, no slippers. And I had to ask reception for blankets because housekeeping forgot to put new ones back onto the shelf. Staff is helpful and was able to give me the blankets I requested efficiently, which is clean and wrapped in plastic, so kudos for the hotel for having good hygiene. There is a fridge and a mini safe box though which is a plus. Cleanliness is above average, ventilation and air con/heating are also good. Overall room is good value for money, and is big enough for you to open a 28inches+ luggage fully. Check-in process is also speedy, WiFi is reliable.

Hotel is very modest but room is very clean and has everything what you need. Location is very good, very close to Termini (with shops and food courts), 30 minutes from Colosseo, 25 minutes from Galeria Borghese. Staff is very nice. I had late arrival and check-in was very quick. Elevator is very slow. Breakfast - big choice, but I liked only sweet part) Thank you for this stay.

Everything good. Price quality ratio very satisfying. 5 min walk from Termini Railway Station. 20 min walk from the Colusseum. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the Metro station. The breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean. However, the reception staff's behavior was not satisfactory. We arrived late for check-in, and the person at the desk was not courteous. Additionally, one night at midnight, I needed water, but the receptionist told me I could only pay with coins (not a card), which I didn't have, and he refused to provide me with water. There was no blanket available, and he informed us that it wouldn't be available until after September. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is average for Italy. I am used to Asian service and I have to say that the front desk people were not as polite as in Asia. But did not have any issue with them . The hotel is conveniently located near Termini railway station and the subway station.

The location is convenient since it is close to the subway station. The surrounding area is residential, so nothign much to do except going for food. The Central Station (Termini) is also walking distance (approx. 15min), so it is convenient if you want to avoid the metro. The room was pretty standard. The breakfast was not special, basic western style food. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location is best , close to Termini ( mean close to everywhere ). So also room was very clean , cleaning every day. But there are not kettle , cups , small tv. But i overall recommend this hotel to everyone.

Carpets on stairs and walls are so old and dirty

The room is in a good location, close to the train station and subway station, and the staff is very friendly. However, the sink drains very slowly.
