This apartment/condo is not located on the beach side...It's across from the spectacular Caribbean Sea! This condo sleeps a party of 2. It is located on the second floor of the Sunshine Village Apartment Complex in Negril. The ground floor of the condo is air-conditioned and has couple fans. The loft comfortably accommodates another party of two - Please note, the (loft) is not yet air-conditioned and may get a bit warm. Downstairs (ground floor) is equipped with an oversized king bed with night tables...a desk…a three-seat sofa...A dining table with four chairs, and a coffee table. You have a great view of the Caribbean Sea, from the window next to the bed... Caribbean Sea view from the private patio. There is a new 43'' smart tv. There is high speed Wi-Fi internet. The alternative to cable is to utilize your smart phone for your viewing pleasure.A stereo with CD and radio…and a DVD player. There is an ironing board and iron for your convenience. There is a full bathroom (tub w/shower) and a full kitchen which are at the end of two separate hallways, so you don’t have to see them while you enjoy spending time in the main room.
