Surroundings of Villa Makambu: The villa is a 15 minute walk down to the beach, to restaurants, banking, bakery,shopping and nightlife. You will also find a secluded cove (Trou Rolland) , a 10 minute walk, where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, jumping of rocks or simply relaxing on the beach.Information and guidance: The property also has a smaller house which is only occupied by the owner when on the island or by a 24 hour, day and night employee who is available for info or help. Carlos offers water taxiing (extra fees) for fishing, going to private beaches, going to Castries to the market or a day of snorkeling and visiting the Pitons in Soufrière. He will gladly help you in anything you need and he is a great tourist guide who can take you anywhere you wish to go.
