房間很新，很漂亮，住了一週，很喜歡，還送了香檳。早餐點餐制也好吃。

古堡酒店，1、位置：實際位置在巴黎16區，離凱旋門並不遠，但是離所有景區、購物區域都是需要坐車的，走就遠了。這個區域算是深入巴黎了，好像是使館富人區，在酒店附近溜達0亞洲面孔，全是遛狗的local。2、酒店本身不大，整體應該是重新裝修過，裏裡外外花園噴泉都非常精緻漂亮；裝修材料、擺件都是講究的好東西。3、早餐42歐，歐式早餐，無功無過，但餐廳非常漂亮，值得吃。4、這個酒店整體很老錢，住客年紀也偏大，氛圍有點serious，可能我太年輕。所以覺得不如寶格麗、白馬的氛圍好

A fairy tale is how I think of our time at Saint James. A perfect story book tale where I was a lucky Princess. Thank you for creating this magical place of happy employees, delicious food, and fanciful design for guests to enjoy a visit feeling very special and cared for. I would not change a thing! Even little Pilou shared just enough of his time in the dining room to leave us wanting his return. Thank you!

Before trying a new property, one looks at reviews, especially negative ones, to see if there are any red flags. After a stay at the Saint James, one is left wondering -- what are these people talking about when they criticize this gem of a hotel. Everything about the Saint James was perfect. The decor is just lovely. The comfort of the room, including the bed, was top-notch. And the service can not be faulted in any regard. The attentiveness of the staff was outstanding, and everything runs like clockwork. Particularly special was the breakfast. The hotel is an oasis of bonheure, and one can venture to say that it's even a notch above the Palace Hotels, which are fabulous, but don't come close to the charm and overall experience here. My only hesitation is leaving such a glowing review, so too many people learn about this superlative property, making it hard to get a room.

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Saint James in January. Every aspect of the trip was fabulous, we loved visiting Paris at this quieter time of year. Every single person we came into contact with at the hotel was wonderful and very friendly which is very different to our past visits to the city. Special mention must go to Remi and the concierge team who just absolutely excelled in every aspect, their assistance with all of our restaurant and museum bookings/tickets was just first class and meant that we had a dream trip to Paris. We had a fantastic meal in the hotel restaurant, they accommodated us at short notice and were so kind and courteous with accommodating my dietary restrictions.

A stunning hotel with the most outstanding service and details. We loved the breakfast (delicious egg Benedict’s and pastries) , the indoor swimming, the rooms and beds are full of comfort. A real French experience with exquisite taste. Merçi

We first stayed this property 10 years ago, and returned for my wife's birthday. Everything was top-notch. Staff, room, food, drink, spa, fitness center, concierge. Can't say enough good things and look forward to a return sooner than another 10 years.

We have been to this wonderful hotel three times in the past and this will be our forth stay. We wouldn't think of going any place else. EVERYONE on staff is courteous and friendly and are so helpful in seeing that we get any help we need to get around the city. We are arriving on the 20th and look forward to seeing our old friends at this beautiful chateau!

The Saint James Paris proved to be an excellent choice for the celebration of my 75th birthday. My husband and I were looking for a quiet, elegant retreat and were delighted to find it in a mansion tucked away on beautiful grounds in a residential neighborhood still within walking distance of some major attractions. Our deluxe suite exceeded our expectations. Its exceptional entry room proved to be an actual conservatory with a glass roof, marble floors, and towering live plants with a small table and comfortable seating. A retractable skylight brightened the spacious bedroom with its king-size bed, desk, lounge chair, ample closet space (including a steamer!), plus a bar area with sparkling crystal, well-stocked mini-refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom was equally gorgeous and well-equipped with a small porthole window offering a view. We enjoyed fine breakfasts and a dinner in the Bellefeuille restaurant, which truly merits its Michelin star. The comfortable library room offered a cozy retreat for a before-dinner aperitif and late lunch. Although we didn’t avail ourselves of the spa or pool, they were well-appointed with many services offered. Superb service from the Saint James staff made our stay very special. The front reception staff was exceptionally welcoming, professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. They answered all questions, helped make transportation arrangements, and kindly responded to my effort to speak French. The concierge recommended a nearby brassiere with excellent food that was clearly a neighborhood favorite. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the dining room/bar staff seemed proud to be working there, as well as truly interested in whether we were having an enjoyable time. We have stayed in other luxury hotels in Paris and can say with confidence that the staff with its quality and level of service distinguishes it. We would highly recommend the Saint James Paris to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience with the highest quality of service in an incomparable setting.
