One recommendation to a hotel, the pillow mist and room spray is too much. The perfume smell is too strong which caused me not able to sleep that well. Please reduce it.

I was very disappointed with customer service. I have sent email requesting early Check In but no one bothered to respond back.
During check in, full payment was made but during check out they charged me again for accommodation as they don’t have record that I have made payment. They took so long to verify that.
If I don’t remember that I have paid at check in time
I could have end up paying twice 😀

It was an average stay this time. The hotel is under renovation. So check before booking. The location of the hotel is good but because of ongoing renovation, the overall condition of the hotel was not the same as it use to be. Television doesn't work, party/conference hall converted into restaurant. Overall condition of rooms not as per standards of noorya.

it was an excellent experience to stay in this cozy vibe hotel like this. all the stuffs are friendly especially Tosum and the front desk❤️ the food is nice as usual but its quiet expensive for that. nothinf special. the room is clean the housekeepers are veri friendly🫶 so i guess im looking forward to come back to this hotel again😘

I was looking for a hotel for one night stay at andheri east and came across this hotel.
check-in process was smooth.
The reception area is small but people at reception found to be helpful.
Room allocated was found to be neat and clean, spacious (double hazle).
Air conditioning was found working well.
Room equiped with hot kettle, tea/coffee option.
Bathroom found neat and clean. Though its small in comparison to other hotels. Some smell may be due to non ventilation, but not big issue.
They did had in house restaurant but I did not had chance to taste the food.
Breakfast buffet was good though limited in option, starts at 7am. Taste was good.
Check out process was smooth.
Overall experience waa good.
Though I found it little costly when i compare price i paid vs facility.
Air port is also nearby.
i will recommend this property if any body wishes to stay in andheri east or nearby airport.
Overall happy stay experience.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all essential amenities. The staff was polite, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and transportation. Housekeeping was prompt, and the overall service exceeded expectations. The food quality at the in-house restaurant was also good. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and quiet environment, which made for a restful sleep. Would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service at a reasonable price.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and even 6 star but this hotel deserve 7 star ranking in terms of their service, amenities, management, room layout and interior everything is just so more than perfect. In every hotel you can find atleast one mistake but here, no they are not gonna give any chance of disappointment. They all are very professionals and I really enjoyed my stay here. And I'll recommend everyone to go for this hotel without a second thought.

The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything.
Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.
Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.

I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.

Họ cho tôi phòng 629 nhìn ra hồ bơi trong nhà. Tôi đã yêu cầu họ kiểm tra lại nhiều lần, nhưng họ hoàn toàn đúng. Vấn đề là, phòng ở tòa nhà này đắt hơn nhiều. Giá khởi điểm là 30.000 rúp một đêm, với tầm nhìn lên tới 120.000 rúp một đêm!!! Họ chào đón tôi như một vị vua. Đây không phải là khách sạn 5 sao, mà còn hơn thế nữa.
Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời, mặc dù hơi tiếc là cửa sổ không đóng được và không có ban công. Phòng rộng rãi với phòng tắm rất rộng, đầy đủ bồn tắm, vòi sen và mọi thứ bạn có thể tưởng tượng. Dịch vụ hoàn hảo. Tôi trả phòng lúc 12 giờ trưa và khởi hành ra sân bay lúc 9 giờ tối. Vậy là tôi lại ở đó thêm 9 tiếng nữa, ngoài phòng, bên hồ bơi, và cả đi tham quan nữa. Không ai nói một lời. WiFi sẽ tắt n*** sau khi trả phòng, nhưng bạn có thể thuê WiFi cho khách trong hai tiếng.
Mọi thứ bên trong đều đắt đỏ. Nhưng gần đó có quán cà phê Leopold lịch sử, nơi bạn có thể thưởng thức những món ăn tuyệt vời.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
