The hotel was an amazing oasis in the middle of a busy, noisy area. The room was comfortable with a good shower and facilities. Breakfast was mainly Indian but fresh eggs could be made to order. Wifi was free and efficient. My comment was that there was only 1 hand towel for two people and only 1 pair of slippers. The quality of the towels was disappointing especially in a country which is renowned for their towels. The people in the room above us seemed to be moving furniture at 1am which could have been rectified by putting pads under the furniture as the soundproofing was inadequate.

Cozy room, peaceful stay and polite staff. Loved the experience. Food is great and the location is close to major business centres. Airport pick up and drop is available. Check in and check out is seamless and fast. Overall, I loved the experience.

From arrival to departure, the staff were amazingly kind and helpful. We received a welcome drink (juice) on arrival and were allowed to check in to the room early, which was greatly appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable with all amenities as described. The beds were very comfortable and we slept soundly. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with a large variety of foods and dishes including ***y of local flavor. At every step we were treated with the utmost in kindness and courtesy, and highly recommend the property as an outstanding value and with warm, genuine welcome.

A very friendly and welcoming hotel. Perfect for the business traveller as a base. Room was good, clean, nicely done bathrooms. I was upgraded to a large room and it was so spacious. I would give it a 5 but for a couple of minor things. Thanks Suba

Pleasant property and the staff was outstanding in providing the best service.A very well maintained property.Very convenient for travel as the hotel is located on the highways. Also the railway station is 5-10 mins by auto rickshaw.

The hotel forgot that I had paid for the airport pick up. The did not ask me for my flight details until I called them at the last minute. The driver kept me waiting 45 minutes outside the airport. Housekeeping service was poor. No towels in the bathroom. Most of the TV channels were not working. Poor location - cannot step out of the hotel without a car. Avoid.

Hotel ambience was good, clean and maintained. Staff wotking there are also very co-operative in nature and passing smiles to guests. Specially uncle who was standing near gate was with full of smile.

Me and my daughter stayed here in Feb 23, the double room was very spacious , well planned with all amenities, housekeeping and room service very quick and prompt . Clean room , very sumptuous breakfast and right from 7am till 10am . The front office ***agers are well ***nered and knowledgeable abt nearby places and quick to guide guests for any need . I was allowed late check out by 2.3 hours which was well appreciated. Location Very near to airport and not in congested area . Overall very happy experience of stay . ***n kedia Kolkata

It was pleasure to stay at suba galaxy in mumbai. Excellent staff very helpful and polite. excellent food I would give 5 star.good location.rooms are fairly large and very clean. I would definitely visit again.
