I am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run. Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience.  Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless. My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

I was not able to sleep last night due to the loud noise from outside vehicles and the room beside us. They've been flushing the toilet every hour, and doors from other rooms keep banging. The room does not have any sort of soundproofing or sound-reducing capabilities. Other than that, it was okay.

The hotel is in a super great location, just a 5-minute walk from Providence train station. The hotel receptionist was very nice to help our check-in process very fast. The washing machine and dryer facilities are located on the 7th floor. 30mins use cost $2 (need to change quarter coins at reception. Detergent is also available at reception costing $2). The room is large and cozzy, comfortable and extremely big king size bed. The sofa bed is not that comfortable but the blanket is very comfortable. Japanese supermarket Maruichi is just a 7-minute walk distance, where sells frozen, fresh food, grocery, and ready to eat sushi and rice. The hotel staff suggested to go to Trader Joe's, which is 1 mile away, to have more fruits and vegetable choices. The 7-Eleven runs 24hrs just right at the corner, so shopping is very convenient. The breakfast has a wide range of variety: cereal, bagel, toast, pancake, juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, sausage, fried or boiled eggs. It only takes 10 minutes to walk from hotel to Brown University and RISD. There are many steep slopes along the way, but the view of the city from the commanding heights is very beautiful. Wij hadden 1 kamer geboekt met 2 bedden voor 2 ouders & 1 kind. Bij onze (late) aankomst in het hotel bleek dat wij de allerlaatste kamer kregen die nog over was met 1 bed en 1 slaapbank waarvoor we nog dekens & handdoeken voor moesten vragen en zelf de bank nog op moesten maken). Ontbijt biedt een basis aanbod met papieren bordjes en plastic bestek.

Hampton Inn in Pawtucket was in a perfect spot for us to stay at for the night on our way home from Acadia National Park. Everything was perfect; it was a clean, comfortable room and we slept well. Breakfast had many choices for my family, the waffles were delicious.

酒店的地理位置不錯，步行即可到達布朗大學、羅德島設計學院及博物館、普羅維登斯市中心、火車站等。我們訂了景觀房真是名副其實的“看得見風景的房間”，每天看晨曦、看夕陽、看飛鳥翱翔、看貨船進出港口……酒店面對的India Point Park可以健身散步。客房內部所提供的物品都很好用，美式早餐紮實，酒店內有餐廳、酒吧，但我們居住期間可能因住客不多，餐廳營業與否比較隨意。

Hotel was just what we expected in a Hampton Inn property- clean, friendly, and well-maintained. Desk clerk gave us a great list of local restaurants and circled the best ones to go to. Breakfast was standard but appreciated. Coffee 24/7. Great sights and location. Highly recommended.
