Là nơi lưu trú tạm thời ở Rome, tôi đã chọn khách sạn này không xa ga tàu. Nhân tiện, nếu bạn có kế hoạch đi, bạn nên đặt phòng khách sạn càng sớm càng tốt. Khách sạn ở Rome thực sự quá đắt và có tỷ lệ chi phí-hiệu suất rất thấp. Khách sạn này có thiết kế rất đẹp. Cách Ga xe lửa Temini khoảng 10 phút đi bộ. Không nên đi lang thang vào ban đêm vì vẫn còn hơi lộn xộn. Sảnh đợi có khu vực phòng chờ rộng rãi, dịch vụ lễ tân cũng rất tốt, phòng rộng rãi, có dép đi trong nhà và có đồ uống và nước trả phí trong minibar. Chỗ ở nói chung khá thoải mái, nước nóng trong phòng tắm cũng tốt. Nhưng bồn cầu của họ thực sự quá cao. Hahaha, tôi chỉ có thể chạm đất bằng ngón chân khi ngồi trên đó, thật ngại quá~ Bữa sáng ở đây cũng khá ngon, nhiều món, nếu cần ăn sáng thì có thể chọn ăn ở đây. Tôi không biết tại sao khách sạn lại có tên như vậy, nhưng nhiều nơi ở đây có cảm giác như tổ ong. N*** cả thang máy cũng không vuông vắn, haha, khá thú vị.

Hôtel ou le personnel à l’accueil est très accueillant et serviable. Bon petit déjeuner Par contre pour un hôtel 4 étoiles il y a des axes de progression comme la taxe de séjour pour 2 nuits cher pour un montant de 30€, le temps d’attente au bar pour qu’une personne vienne vous voir, la non présence des peignoirs à notre arrivée dans la chambre et qu’on a du réclamer pour aller au spa, salle de bain petite avec les toilettes à l’intérieur, manque d’isolation on entendait l’eau des douches et quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait une paire de chaussettes des anciens hôtes qui n’avait pas été enlevé .

The hotel was very clean. The room was of a good size for a single traveller, and it was very quiet. Everyone working there was super friendly. Breakfast was good and could be better if there were some variety for different days. Location-wise, it took about 20 minutes on foot from the main train station. It's mostly an easy walk. It's also very close to Via Veneto and famous gelaterias such as come il Latte and La Romana are a short walk away. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel has an excellent location. Walk 3-5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Also a very large and varied breakfast! The workers are very friendly! But to change the temperature of the air conditioner in the room, you need to call the reception every time 😳 Because there is no remote control for the air conditioner in the room!!! It's very uncomfortable... Also the bed was terrible. The bed is very small for two, the mattresses are clearly sagging and need replacing. The toilet smells terrible of sewage. But we were given a room with a wonderful small balcony, although it was not stated in the booking!😍

Very lovely! And very friendly and welcoming receptionist (I don’t know his name but he was great and checked me in quickly as I arrived quite late) helped me get my shuttle to the airport and get breakfast on time!  Really appreciate. Room was nice. Only issue was the shower very powerful and hot but was flooding and entered the room small and wasn’t sure how to prevent that

Người phụ nữ ở quầy lễ tân đã giúp đồng nghiệp của tôi tìm thấy chiếc điện thoại di động mới bị thất lạc của anh ấy bằng một cuộc điện thoại. Không thuận tiện để đăng ảnh. So với những nơi khác, người Trung Quốc thỉnh thoảng được chào đón bằng những lời chào đặc biệt. Tôi cảm thấy ở đây ấm áp và môi trường xung quanh ở mức trung bình, vì vậy đừng nghĩ rằng Rome giống như thế này. Gần đó có một cửa hàng McDonald's dành cho trường hợp khẩn cấp. giúp đỡ. Bữa sáng không phong phú như ở Trung Quốc nhưng cũng đủ dùng.

We had a small double but it was adequate in size. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and a bathtub in the bathroom. The location is excellent close to the central station (termi) and walking distance to the Colleseum. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Would recommend.

PPerma FortunaWas welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

From the moment I booked, the team reached out via WhatsApp to offer help with transfers or tours — thoughtful and attentive without being pushy. I immediately felt like a valued guest. The suites sit on the third floor of a charming historic building right next to the Spanish Steps. Despite the unbeatable location, it’s remarkably quiet and relaxing. The concierge service is top-notch — when I was running late for my Pantheon visit, staff quickly arranged to collect my luggage so my husband and I could head out stress-free. Their restaurant recommendations were another highlight. We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations. The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Simply top rated — the best!

TTài khoản kháchLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

TTài khoản kháchA very ”tired of life” hotel. In fact, this is the only hotel located in close proximity to Fiumicino airport ”Leonardo da Vinci”. For passengers who want to get a good night's sleep before an early flight, this is the only option. Also, airline employees, pilots and flight attendants stay at the hotel. There are a lot of people, but the hotel staff is unhurried - they talk to each other nicely, with smiles, when guests are waiting in line to check in. We could not find free Wi-Fi, even in the hotel lobby. Despite the fact that we paid more than 250 euros per night, they took a deposit of 75 euros from us. It seemed that the hotel was firmly stuck in the past. It urgently needs renovation and good management. The hotel has its advantages, too. The main one is its proximity to the airport (you can walk to the hotel in 10 minutes, following the signs, directly from the arrivals area, without even going outside). They also offer a good breakfast with a large selection of food, both hot and cold. The beds and mattresses are comfortable, we managed to get a good night's sleep between two long flights.

隨隨便逛逛bai酒店的位置位於市中心附近如果是乘搭巴士的話門口附近就有巴士去到著名的景點區大概需要10至15分鐘的時間尚算便利，如果要到地鐵站大概都需要走8至10分鐘左右。 本身是預訂了單人房間最初給我安排的房間是在地下樓層半想着也沒有什麼大問題，可是在夜晚的時候發現房間的房門是正對着外面的走廊晚上時候的聲音很大根本難以入睡比較嘈雜，後來跟酒店溝通後把房間換到了另一個樓層相對來說比較安靜，入住的小夥伴可能要留意一下他會不會給你安排了地下的房間有機會會受到外面的走廊聲音影響。 房間設計很時尚，看得出是近年才翻新，但是古舊的酒店有着共同的毛病，就是他們的電力系統或者冷氣系統可能會遇到一啲異常嘅狀況，入住期間曾經發生冷氣出現以上無法提供冷氣其後更需要緊急維修供電也有點問題很好狀況。 另外，要注意房間的冷氣是不能調節的是中央冷氣，

RReza SartaeeGreat and wonderful I had a memorable trip to Rome and stayed at the Dharma Boutique Hotel & SPA ar Jan 2025. The hotel has a limited number of rooms but is exceptionally clean, beautiful, and well-equipped, with great attention paid to the smallest details for guests' comfort.The hotel staff are very kind and attentive to guests' needs, and I would especially like to thank Raffa and Giovanni Loca . In the evenings, free snacks and various drinks are served. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions, and you can visit all of them by walking. Additionally, a metro station is just a few meters away from the hotel. Around the hotel, there are many beautiful restaurants and bars. The warm and friendly behaviors of the hotel staff have made me want to encourage my friends to stay at this hotel if they plan to visit Rome. Personally, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Guests can stay at this hotel without any risk and enjoy its beautiful environment, excellent rooms, and kind staff.
