Room was average at best
Pillows lumpy and it affected my sleep
Went to buy a bottle of water it was 4.50
Carts for luggage disappeared and staff didn’t seem to care, got attitude when I asked if the coukdcfind them as I had 2 - 50 lb bags plus carry on
Cheap price but would try a different

First, I would like to commend their front desk staff — they were incredibly warm and welcoming during check-in, which made for a great first impression.
However, there were a few issues in the room that I believe should be brought to their attention:
• Upon entering the bathroom, I noticed hairs in the bathtub.
• The bathtub itself seemed quite old and difficult to use — water would flow out easily during use, making it hard to enjoy a proper bath.
• The comforter on the bed did not smell like fresh linen, which affected the overall sense of cleanliness and comfort in the room.
While I appreciated the hospitality of your staff, I believe that addressing these room-related concerns will greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

Vị trí hoàn hảo nếu bạn ở trong thị trấn để xem trận đấu của đội Oilers. Cơ sở vật chất cũ, khăn tắm cũ và gần như đã mòn! Phòng tắm khá sạch, nhưng các khu vực khác như đầu giường, đèn, TV thực sự rất bụi.
Ánh sáng thực sự kém n*** cả khi bật đèn.
Khách sạn có bãi đậu xe nhưng phải trả thêm phí.

入住時服務員態度良好，辦理入住手續快捷方便，但泊車收費每天加幣45元，感覺不爽！而且必須由職員代泊，出外取車需多預時間等候。
房間方面，空間感較少，設施也較舊，幸好還算清潔。沒有蒸餾水提供，可付費使用。想煲熱水也需向職員取用。
住了兩晚，第二個晚上廁所不能沖水，發現水箱配件老化斷開，所以失去影響儲水功能

Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel and room was clean.
The complimentary breakfast was good with bottomless coffee.
My room was clean but the shower ******, and the plate glass shower doors were jammed and very difficult to move, also lacked an air vent.
The room didn’t have any air conditioning and the thermostat on the wall didn’t control anything!??

很不錯的酒店，早餐可以點雞蛋卷，也是免費的。在這裏過了一夜，總體滿意，很推薦，性價比高，過去最大的西埃德蒙頓購物中心開車很快的，那個商場值得逛逛，另外，那個河谷公園可以去走走，100多年的鐵橋。

An amazing stay at this hotel!! It met our needs completely. We came in for a 2 day conference from Vancouver, BC & couldn’t have been happier with choosing the Best Western Cedar Place Hotel for our stay. The location was great. The staff were exceptional, humble, kind & receptive to our many requests that came up circumstantially. I haven’t experienced this level of client service in the hospitality industry for a very long time. Every single staff member we came across over the phone & in person was exceptional & overall our stay was an amazing experience! Thankyou again.

KKseniia KoshevaiaI’m in awe of Canada’s nature, but the hotel left me rather disappointed, especially compared to other hotels. Some floors were closed for renovations, which significantly affected the quality of my sleep. During my entire stay, I didn’t get a single full night’s sleep because all the noisy work was done from 8 PM onwards, often lasting indefinitely. Sometimes I woke up to the noise at 1 AM, which was, of course, very unpleasant—especially considering we weren’t warned about it or offered any discount for the inconvenience. The service was also quite mediocre. We constantly had to ask for things—there were no creams, no soap, or something else missing in the room.

-Clean room with comfortable beds
-Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical
-tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

Clara at front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Location is also great within Banff.
My only complaint is related to the temperature controls in the room. I like a cool room, and whatever I did, I could not get the temperature to drop. Even set at the lowest, with fan at maximum, the temperature stayed above 20c.

TTài khoản kháchWe chose this hotel at random while driving down the highway. We were VERY glad that we did. The following day, we kept congratulating ourselves on the great choice.
It was very easy easy to get to off the highway. But yet it was protected from the busy highway noise.
The staff were absolutely 5-Star. Every single individual that we encountered, both hotel and restaurant, seemed to be genuinely friendly and professional. Specail shout-out to: Jei, Jasmeen, and Maltin. ( hopefully i got the correct names)
We used the pool in the evening, and it was a surprisingly nice facility for the price of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed it until an excessively noisy family showed up with undisciplined kids. But that's not on the hotel.
I don't know why the restaurant was empty because it was exceptionally good food and good service. Even the breakfast buffet was far above most free breakfasts that are on offer.
The guestrooms were very quiet (even the a/c fan was quiet). Beds were comfortable. Good quality linens, pillows and towels. Beds were especially comfortable and seemed new. Carpet looked new.
The only thing I might suggest for the rooms is that they might add a floor lamp to improve the lighting. Also, they might think about bringing up the quality of bathroom amenities to current trend in higher quality in larger affixed bottles instead of small disposables
It's obvious that they're gradually upgrading an older property and haven't gotten to the hallway paint yet. But that doesn't affect the guestrooms experience.
I highly recommend this property.
