Very nice and welcoming staff! Nice wait staff in the restaurant too. Nice little room. Would definitely come back! The wellness area was a bit pricey for an add on but really nice and chill when quiet! I just would have liked a staff member there to manage noise and groups as I wanted to go on my last night but it was very overcrowded with loud intimidating groups. The location was pretty good, out of the centre but very accessible by tram.

Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Huone viihtyisä ja edullinen. Oli myös mukava päästä pitkän päivän jälkeen saunaan rentoutumaan. Sijainti oli reissuni tarkoitukseen täydellinen.

Executive club room is on 9 floor, very quiet area. The is cozy and superior clean. We lived there for a week and really enjoyed every thing. Especially the house keeper, Auwan, is very nice and professional person. He is always smiling and kind when we meet him. We are pretty much sure that his work in quality is the best that we have ever experienced. Highly recommend this hotel with great management.

It is a wonderful hotel..having stayed once earlier as well. You don't need to get outside of the airport as it has a walk inside the airport to the lobby. It's sparkling clean, the room is very spacious, quiet and clean. The breakfast has a huge limitless selection which probably makes it one of the best breakfasts we have ever had and it has a huge space and beautiful decent decorations. The availability of staff members is also to the mark and great. Thank you.

The best thing about this hotel are the location, the interior design of the room and the breakfast spread. Everything is very well thought of. If they provide a kettle in the room, that would be great to have access of hot water for drinks.

As always. This hotel is the best hotel in Helsinki definitely. The spa facility is great, the cleaning room service is also always timely and precise. The spa staff was the best person I have ever met. He is a decent guy. I will use this hotel again. The only problem with this hotel would be the restaurant. Don't use it.

早餐豐盛，樓下就是商場，距離機場也很近，方便。機場打車19塊，酒店到機場25塊，不知為何，都是固定價格。吃飯的地方比較多，各種buff, 價格不貴，15到20，比在機場好吃太多。可惜沒有接送服務。
