The hotel's location os superb. It is beside outside Lyabi house, the starting point of most walking tours. It is also walkable to most of the restaurants and shopping domes.

Our stay at this hotel was, overall, a pleasant experience. The property itself boasts an exotic charm, with a design that feels both inviting and unique. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the premises was evident. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweets—a perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms. However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel. Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride. In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout. PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable.

Bữa sáng được phục vụ phong phú và ngon miệng, thực đơn được cập nhật mỗi ngày. Điều quan trọng nhất là đội ngũ quản lý khách sạn rất nhiệt tình, chuyên nghiệp, lịch sự và khiêm tốn. Trong suốt thời gian lưu trú, họ đã hỗ trợ rất chu đáo và kiên nhẫn. Dù là giải đáp thắc mắc hay chia sẻ các mối quan hệ xã hội, họ đều khiến mọi người cảm thấy như những người bạn đã quen biết từ lâu, điều này thật ấn tượng. Khách sạn cũng nằm ở vị trí thuận tiện, chỉ mất vài phút đi bộ là đến các điểm tham quan du lịch nổi tiếng. Rất đáng để trải nghiệm.

This is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.

Отель расположен не в старом городе, но на такси добираться достаточно близко. Немного шумно было от машин на улице (вид на город). Завтрак нормальный, разнообразный, была клубника, черешня, абрикосы в середине мая. Но заканчивалась яичница и каша. Нам было тяжело настроить телевизор, обращались за помощью к персоналу. Кондиционер работал х.орошо.басснйн хороший, новый.

The hotel itself is a beautiful fusion of traditional Bukhara architecture and modern luxury. The rooms are stunning, combining authentic design with top-notch amenities like heated floors and rainfall showers. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Alexia Suite is more than just a hotel; it's a key part of the Bukhara experience, offering a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Highly recommended.

Какой уютный, комфортный гостевой дом, с шикарной локацией, близкой к основным достопримечательностям Бухары, просторные комнаты и удобные кровати, в номере есть все необходимое для удобства. Но самое главное, это отношение хозяина к своим постояльцам- забота, внимание, утром привозят наивкуснейшие завтраки, приготовленные своим руками, сколько я останавливалась в Узбекистане в гостевых домах, завтраки никто не предоставлял. Как это приятно, когда отдых и проживание окружены заботой, вниманием, гостеприимством и комфортом. От души рекомендую это прекрасное место!
