Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights with my friends. Checked in late at night and saw another guest trying to get a refund for his room. One of the rooms was missing 2 towels, water bottles while the other room was missing 1 towel, but the concierge supplied it immediately upon request. My room provided both the towels, however, there was a huge tuft of hair sandwiched between the towels, probably clumped up during laundry. My shower door had also fallen off while I was closing, and I had to re-install it back onto the ledge myself. Friendly concierge and room service lady. Great location, 5 mins walk to the center. Parking was limited, please speak to the concierge to allocate space for your car.

Great price for a wonderful stay. The room comes with balcony, the staff helped to bring our luggages upstairs, the room is clean and comfortable. Just to set some expectation, they didnt provide mineral bottle at the room so perhaps you may want to ask for water upfront in case you need it or in case you don't have any. Breakfast was great (as per pic). They served big breakfast by room. We enjoyed hot air balloon view during our breakfast. The hotel is very near to Hierapolis and Travertine too. An amazing experience. They treated me like one of the family. This is a family run hotel. Jusuf, the man of the family and his wife Perihan were the sweetest people minding me and helping me with anything they could. I feel in love with their kids. The room is actually a whole appartment! 😍 Huge! A very large bed in a very spacious room, with an extra bed. Really confortable mattress, with a very important thing for me: a mattress protector! Believe it or not, not all hotels have this important hygienic facility. The bathroom is also very spacious. I did not use the kitchen area, however there is one It is a very peaceful and quiet place. You only hear the birds and dogs at times. Pamukkale travertines are 5 mins by walk from Titanic hotel.😍😍😍 Jusuf's friend: Junior, has a balloon and other tours agency. They arranged all my schedule. I recommend anyone reading this to organise their trip with him. The agency name is Metro. Overall, it was a 5 star experience for me. I will come back to them if I ever have the opportunity. Their hospitality made the difference.

Khách sạn xinh xắn, gọn gàng và sạch sẽ. Tốt hơn cả mong đợi so với giá tiền. Munawar là một người tuyệt vời, chu đáo, nhiệt tình và luôn tươi cười. Cô ấy thậm chí còn cho tôi mượn sạc điện thoại. Bữa sáng rất ngon. Trà, cà phê và nước được phục vụ miễn phí suốt khách sạn. Rất đáng để ghé thăm.

Очень приятный, свежий апарт-отель в Памуккале. Великолепный огромный номер с отличным ремонтом. Удобные кровати, кресла и диванчик. Из окон открывается панорамный вид на травертины, а рано утром даже повезло наблюдать полёт воздушных шаров в непосредственной близости - просто супер! Завтрак подают традиционный турецкий, вкусный и сытный. Ну, и отдельно хочется отметить замечательного отзывчивого хозяина - со всем помог, подсказал и вообще крайне радушно принял.
