The hotel was right in the centre. I stayed in room 303. Small with double bed though considering i booked single room. Room was clean and tiday and compact. Dud not have kettle or fridge and no glass could be found. The night receptionist was very helpful, cheerful and found me a glass and some water.

Flight was delayed so turned into late arrival, quick ride from the airport and I was at the hotel. Good location, able to walk to the central market, lots of restaurants, roof top views, Beb Bhar, flower market, rugs to see and perfumes to smell. Liked the firm mattress, good sized room, staff were polite and helpful, did have to venture out to get some water but had lots of little shops that were still open. So much to see and do will need to come back for more than 3 days. Cheers 🥂

Genuinely was a lovely place to stay, clean and hotel staff very hospitable, surrounded by beach and 15-20 mins away from sidi bu saïd. I booked the breakfast included and it is a feast and a half - I tend to be a picky eater but there is plenty of options fresh, and cooked well ( I’m a hypochondriac- and tend to be paranoid with food) but the place put me at ease and I actually ate well . Would visit again but would keep in mind to public transport if you wish to travel further into Tunis central - as trains are limited and buses and taxis can add up. But all in all it was stunning location and can’t fault the staff :) first time visitor to Tunisia and hope to visit again.

My stay at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was quite pleasant. The service was attentive and professional, with the staff always ready to assist with any requests. Regarding the food, I only had breakfast at the hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The breakfast spread was generous, with a good variety of options to choose from. The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. I particularly enjoyed the selection of pastries and the fresh fruit. The dining area was pleasant, with a calm atmosphere that was perfect for starting the day. Overall, my experience at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was enjoyable, with great service, comfortable facilities, and a satisfying breakfast.

The Good: • Location & Accessibility: The hotel’s primary strength is its central location, offering excellent accessibility to key business districts and local attractions in Tunis. It's easy to navigate the city from here. • Common Areas: The lobby, reception (except very awkward and hard to communicate with), and non-room facilities (like meeting spaces) are well-maintained and modern, suggesting where the hotel’s recent investments have been focused. The Areas for Improvement: • Outdated Guest Rooms: The biggest drawback of the stay was the condition of the hotel room. They are noticeably outdated, featuring worn furniture, older decor, and fixtures that are desperately in need of renovation. While clean, the overall look and feel are tired, making the stay feel less comfortable and certainly not reflecting modern Novotel standards. • ”Meh” Breakfast: Following the trend of many business hotels, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The quality of ingredients was average, the offerings lacked freshness, and the buffet was uninspired. It was functional but certainly not a highlight a bland start to the day that did not justify the price. Conclusion: The Novotel Tunis is a practical option if location is your main priority. The staff are competent yet snobbish and the location is superb. However, the combination of an outdated room design and a forgettable breakfast prevents this hotel from being a truly great choice. DDr OSBeing engaged to a tunisian girl i fly frequently to tunis from the UK. Location of the hotel is good, 15 minutes from airport, busy area but i dont think its an area to walk around at late night. Ive tried loads of the hotels ranging from 2 stars to 4 star hotels in tunis city, hamamet and sousa areas. This hotel is a small hidden gem. I was Greeted with a smile when i came around midnight, check in took a minute (unfortunately wasn't given the wifi password on the spot had to ask for it latter on) The wifi was very fast in the room, i had no issues with connectivity The owner offered me a complementary bottle of water which i appreciated cause if was thirsty and hungry, they offered to get me some food from a nearby fast food place, so i requested a sandwich which i paid 15 tunisian dinners for ( didnt likee the sandwich much but i appreciated there help 😅😅😅) The hotel itself is very very nice, not a generic build, had a tunisian look to it with paintings everywhere, they have like a small venue area down in reception The room was spacious and again nothing generic about it. The beds were steel frame beds so nothing fancy but the mattress was new and comfortable Everything was spot on clean flat tv on the wall and an A/C unit which was functional, all remotes were there in the room. The rooms were very calm, no noise and most important they WEREN'T PAPER THIN !!!! No kettle or tea/coffee in the room 2 towels in bathroom, small to medium size, no large ones Shampoo was available in packets, they supplied 2, Toiletries available, very clean modern toilet, no leaks Overall I loved this hotel, i paid 20 pounds for the night and i am 100% sure i will be coming again soon

TTohamiOur stay at the hotel was generally acceptable, and the facilities and overall service were reasonably good. However, I experienced a serious issue that affected my comfort and sense of privacy. During our stay , a staff member entered my room at an inappropriate time without knocking or asking for permission. I consider this a clear violation of guest privacy. I immediately filed a formal complaint with the management and requested that the matter be investigated and that I be informed of the outcome. Unfortunately, our stay ended and we checked out without receiving any response, follow-up, or apology from the administration regarding the complaint. This lack of feedback and accountability was disappointing and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expect from a hotel.
