Đây là một căn hộ dịch vụ khá khó tìm vào buổi tối hoặc đặc biệt là ban đêm. Vị trí tòa nhà có một số công trình chưa hoàn thành và một số đang được tiến hành Không có phương tiện giao thông công cộng xung quanh bằng xe buýt hoặc tàu hỏa. Có một vài điểm tốt về căn hộ dịch vụ, sảnh đẹp, lễ tân chào đón và không đông đúc có thể là do ít người ở. Thang máy nhanh, hồ bơi trên tầng cao nhất có tầm nhìn đẹp vào ban đêm và thiết bị tập thể dục là hàng đầu.

Rất sạch sẽ .. Giường thoải mái .. Phòng lớn và phòng tắm .. Tiện nghi đầy đủ .. Tuy nhiên phòng tôi ở không có khăn mặt .. Không chắc liệu họ có thực sự loại trừ nó hay dịch vụ phòng quên thay thế .. Không thử bữa sáng .. Bãi đậu xe miễn phí cho khách của khách sạn, cần xác nhận thẻ của bạn..

Small hotel but very good for convenient for touring around the city. At the heart of downtown just right across famoous street food night market, surrounded by shopping centers and restos, few blocks away from the hop-on-hop-off tour bus. The room is clean, modern and well-equipped. Just a warning to those looking for a quiet relaxing stay, do ask for a room not facing the front street as night life in the area could be noisy. Staff are professional and helpful. Will book again if coming to KL.

An air-conditioning pipe leaked, and the room was sorted of flooded when we arrived in the room. Had to spend time clearing the water. Lousy way to start the stay. The room is overall OK, just a tad old.

Most of the hotel staff service is great especially the Pak Cik that works at the luggage storage counter. Walking distance to Shopping mall and public transport but I don’t think it is as convenience as The Curve Branch. The room looks old and I saw several stain on the bed. The room soundproof wasn’t that good but luckily I get to have room that is far away from the lift and higher floor as requested so less likely to be noisy. Some towel seems like have been using for a long time as it looks grey. There is issue with the lift 10th floor button as well. Overall, I don’t think it meets the standard of a five star hotel.

Room was VERY big. There's a kitchen and a living room area as well. Location very convenient, there's a 7-11 right across the street and a huge mall right next to the hotel. Hotel staff members were very nice and helpful. However, there was no complimentary bottled water, they just gave me a jar to get water from the machine in the hallway - but the jar I don't think it's very clean. There were black spots on the bed - not sure what those are. There was hair on the floor of the shower - I haven't even showered so those must be left from the previous customer.
