Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

We stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.

Love this hotel! The staff are so amazing and friendly that they upgraded our room without us asking! It included breakfast with the booking! A lot of variety of food to choose from. The room is so clean and smells so good! They clean up for us every day as well. Definitely the best stay in our entire Europe trip! 💕✨

After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. Khách sạn ở Rome thực sự quá đắt và có tỷ lệ chi phí-hiệu suất rất thấp. Khách sạn này có thiết kế rất đẹp. Cách Ga xe lửa Temini khoảng 10 phút đi bộ. Không nên đi lang thang vào ban đêm vì vẫn còn hơi lộn xộn. Sảnh đợi có khu vực phòng chờ rộng rãi, dịch vụ lễ tân cũng rất tốt, phòng rộng rãi, có dép đi trong nhà và có đồ uống và nước trả phí trong minibar. Chỗ ở nói chung khá thoải mái, nước nóng trong phòng tắm cũng tốt. Nhưng bồn cầu của họ thực sự quá cao. Hahaha, tôi chỉ có thể chạm đất bằng ngón chân khi ngồi trên đó, thật ngại quá~ Bữa sáng ở đây cũng khá ngon, nhiều món, nếu cần ăn sáng thì có thể chọn ăn ở đây. Tôi không biết tại sao khách sạn lại có tên như vậy, nhưng nhiều nơi ở đây có cảm giác như tổ ong. N*** cả thang máy cũng không vuông vắn, haha, khá thú vị.
