Loved the quite location, comfortable bedding, good breakfast buffet spread, friendly staffs. Free public parking is limited especially peak and holiday season so it’s advised to reserve the hotel parking for 15 a night. The hotel is up hill hence there’s isn’t any walkable parking options nearby. I do deduct some points because the WiFi in my room is not working (it works perfectly in other public areas of the hotel). The spa is also a little small and will be crowded during the peak season.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

uno de los mejores hoteles si hablamos de la calidad de servicio y las amplias y limpias habitaciones. De verdad muy atentos extremadamente amables y acogedores. Si prefiere senderismo - justo al lado queda Val d'Incles - no se necesita coche - se puede alcanzar a pie. Vistas del balcon fenomenales y el balcon si que tiene una buena superficie.

Hôtel magnifique, très joli cadre, la décoration est incroyable. L’accueil est ultra chaleureux. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses et propres. Notre chambre avait vue sur la rivière et les pistes de ski. Tout le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, avec une très jolie vue, un buffet froid sucré/salé et des plats chauds à la carte. Un vrai régal! Le spa s’étend sur 3 étages et même un petit bassin extérieur. Il est très propre. Le tarif est totalement justifié aux vues des prestations fournies.

Отель чистый, с новым ремонтом. Отличный завтрак. Нам дали номер на первом этаже, мы попросили номер на этаже повыше, сотрудница ответила, что все номера занаяты. Это было не так, т.к. мы была не в сезон, в июне, в понедельник, и в отеле было очень мало гостей. Официально завтрак заканчивается в 10:30, но кофе унесли намного раньше и начали убирать еду, хотя гости приходили и в 10:20. Ресторан должен был работать до 22:30, но его закрыли намного раньше.
