Неплохой отель в жилой части Венеции, мало туристов , но сам отель сильно уставший , на свои звезды не тянет, на одну ночь летом норм

Leonardo Royal chỉ cách bến xe buýt và ga tàu 10 phút đi bộ, rất thuận tiện cho việc lưu trú. Phòng sạch sẽ và phòng tắm rộng rãi. Lễ tân cũng chỉ cho tôi một lối đi dễ dàng hơn phía sau khách sạn, song song với đường ray tàu hỏa, để tôi có thể dễ dàng mang hành lý đến bến xe buýt và ra sân bay. Bữa sáng rất ngon. We recently stayed here for 5 nights to take in the sights of Verona and surrounding cities. While I can't complain about the price, and for that, it was a bargain, there were a number of issues that resulted in a less than perfect rating. The location: While it looks close to the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. However the 23/24/73 buses run regularly and pick-up / drop-off very close to the hotel Lidl: next door to the hotel is a Lidl - it was a godsend and well worth visiting (if only for the fresh cheese focaccia). The hotel itself was very clean but: - The rooms have wooden floors and the walls aren't super-thick. So, when someone checks in to their room nearby, you can hear everything. At midnight, it isn't great when they're walking in heels across the floor. - Lack of plug sockets - there was one usable plug in the room that is shared with the kettle, and one in the bathroom! - Air conditioning (or severe lack of) - the rooms have air con, however, it wasn't switched on and I was told by reception that at this time of year (October) they don't have it switched on. The room temp was in the high 20s which led to us not actually sleeping under the covers - we spend 5 night sleeping on top of the bed as the room was just too hot. We couldn't sleep with the window open as their was too much noise from outside. - The toilet flush was leaking 'hot water' - but this was repaired / replaced with a different toilet flush - Staff: They were helpful when housekeeping has vacuumed up one of my wife's earrings, but didn't offer any assistance with regards to the heating in the room

Điều tôi muốn nói cụ thể là chúng tôi đã vô tình làm bẩn ga trải giường và vỏ gối, và chúng tôi không thể tự giặt chúng, và chúng tôi không biết phải giải thích thế nào với khách sạn. Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day.

The room ia spacious for me so does thw bathroon. The location is perfect. Easy to find halal food, train is near and convinient. Hotel is nice deco and up to date Room also uptodate. Service is good and when ask the reception is helpful. The room phone not working. Beside that all is great. Love the hotel location

Nhìn chung, đây là một phòng khách sạn có chất lượng tốt, phù hợp cho cả khách du lịch lẫn công tác. Tôi rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm này và sẵn sàng quay lại trong những lần lưu trú tiếp theo.
