Foggy Valley in Zhangjiajie is truly something special. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautiful and thoughtfully designed the entire property is, it feels like a true luxury retreat set right in the middle of breathtaking scenery. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, and impeccably maintained. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. The service was outstanding, attentive, responsive, and genuinely warm. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, from arranging transportation to making sure every request was handled seamlessly. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the tea service demonstration was a memorable highlight. We also enjoyed in room massages, which were incredibly relaxing and added to the overall experience. A special touch we loved was the animals on the property. The puppy, along with the friendly dogs and cats, brought so much charm and warmth to our stay. Foggy Valley is peaceful, luxurious, and truly memorable. We would absolutely stay here again.

車位：酒店門口車位不多，可以停馬路對面。 點評：我原本預訂的房間在預訂前打過電話，也備註要求，但入住還是出現了問題，中間換了2次房間，但是值得一提的是服務很好，晚上我們到達的晚，酒店前台劉女士一直微笑耐心的在解決問題。早餐種類不多，我9：30下樓吃早餐，有些餐品已經涼了，唯一的葡萄汁也見底了，如果睡眠輕的人一定提前和酒店打招呼，有些房型會有空調噪音，第一次安排的房間淋浴室往外漏水，衞生巾反味，樓上一直咚咚咚的聲音，硬件設施存在問題，噪音音頻無法上傳。 位置：酒店門口有超市，離景點不遠，出酒店不遠就有地鐵2/4號線，比較方便，馬路對面有一家不錯的餐廳。 總體：服務很好，

China has been great so far for all hotels we have stayed in. However, staying at Star Field has been the best experience we have had, anywhere in the world. The staff are so fun, kind, helpful and knowledgeable, they make effort to get to know you, give you local advice on food and drinks. Sasha (pictured with my friend and I, is a very amazing person, we were very fortunate to meet her), Ling and Jackson - are the best hotel hosts you’ll ever have the pleasure of meeting. The rooms are amazing, clean, technologically advanced and very comfortable. Book your stay here immediately!! The location is perfect for the national park close by and is 500m walking distance from shops, food etc 100/5 STARS

Nhân viên khách sạn nằm trong khu nhà cao cấp. Đi bộ một phút đến tàu điện ngầm và đi bộ vài phút đến khu mua sắm lớn. Nhân viên khách sạn rất chuyên nghiệp và phục vụ bạn tốt. The summation of any good review is if you know what you know now would you do it again? And on this one there's nothing to talk about. In a heartbeat. I knew nothing about this place, and just rolled the dice. Came up big! Awesome! My single best experience in China! (In fairness, my second best experience is right there, just the other side of the spectrum) Warm welcome! The staff is young, super contemporary, and helpful, but not in that folding over for you way that is never truly genuine anyway. I was escorted to my room and shown the facilities. Everything excellent. Shower water goes to super hot, washlet bowl, soft towels. Things that were free: Bottled water and soft drinks in your room Beer in the lobby. Yes, 12 oz can of local Budweiser! I don't know what the policy is, but they drove me in an EV to the train station on my departure date. Not a rideshare, not a minibus. Like a nice car, with my own driver who was waiting in the lobby for me, and I was already 5 minutes early. No charge! The breakfast service is as good as I've seen. Everything is super neat, really high quality local offerings, in addition to the normal Western staples. Rest assured, this is definitively not free continental breakfast, with the one waffle iron overflowing with batter and the translucent cereal containers. As an example if you want to just sit there and eat croissants with chocolate sauce and unlimited really good coffee, they have that. You want six eggs over easy made into a perfect circle right in front of you? They have that too! And also what I showed in my pictures. The staff is constantly fluffing the place so everything stays fresh. Do yourself a favor, try to get in before 8:00. You get the whole tranquility vibe. If you're just walking in at 9:30, and the hotel happens to be full, obviously maybe not the same effect. But that's true wherever you go. The hotel offers good size rooms, and an enormous amount of very accessible outdoor space, on every floor. Multiple viewing platforms that every height that you can easily access and just look off into the mountains at any time of day. There is enough space for everyone. It is also walking distance to the Avatar Forest. Which is its own amazing thing, but that's a separate story! Excellent place! Even if you didn't go into the forest, I would say it'd be worth it.
