Great hotel for transit - rooms were so clean, beds extremely comfortable and service great! Special mention to Ms. 陈花 who was helpful and had a great service attitude, made our stay so much more comfortable!

Stayed here for one night and was very impressed for the price and the services that provided. Front desk staff are friendly and professional. The room size is just as the website indicated. The bed is hard but very comfortable. Pillows are soft and fluffy. Bath towels are liked new. The laundry room equipped with 4 sets of LG washers and dryers. Laundry detergent and fabrics softeners are also provided. Breakfast was exceptional; many choices to choose from. Location is remoted. This hotel is great for airport transfer. They offered airport pickup or drop off.

This is a modern, clean and smart hotel. All facilities are new and there is some sort of smart element integrated in it. Found a book written by the owner of this hotel, 季琦 inside my room. I was so attracted by this book and continued to read it until 2am. Only realised the owner of Mercure Hotel is actually the boss of 如家 and 锦江之星 which I had stayed before when I worked in different city of China. His story of starting a few successful businesses in hospitality industry is truly amazing. Not to forget to mention about the staffs in Mercure Hotel, the customer service girl really treats her guests like a boss, very helpful in helping me resolve my WiFi setting issue. The only inconvenience I found the hotel is quite far from XuanYang city centre, where I can find a lot of nice food there. But it is really convenient for travellers as it is near the airport and the hotel provides free pick up service from and to the airport.

Excellent staff. Very thoughtful and helpful even though English was a challenge. They prepared breakfast to go for us so we could catch the 5am flight to Xinjiang. The location is 10 minutes from terminal 2

It was really difficult not being able to commumicate as only 1 person spoke proper English. Restaurant is ONLY chinese food which is strange for international hotel! Driver to airport watching in his phone a movie or game while driving to the airport felt unsecure. But room was very good and comfy. Pillows great!

The receptionist who checked us was so sweet and friendly helping us out by accompanying us up to the lift during check in and up to the shuttle bus at check out The room was clean and spacious

The hotel itself looks fine and is very close to the airport. However, the room I stayed in was kind of smelly, and the breakfast was below average. On the positive side, the staff are very nice and provide exceptional service!

What a beautiful hotel. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the luxury I got was quite welcome. The bed? Perfect. The shower? So nice. The toilet? Can I get one for my house? Slippers and free soft drinks as well as a bilingual tv and place to hang your clothes. Convenient to the airport and 100% worth it.

The room is very modern, so beautifully decorated and the Staff super helpful. I also loved that they provide complementary airport pickup and drop off, super convenient.

啊啊啊啊啊馬上飛機就起飛了就沒網了我抓緊寫 很喜歡很喜歡很喜歡這家店 寫在前面：服務很好早餐好吃 而且該有的都有 雖然我也沒住過特別豪華的酒店 但這家在我住過的2000以下的國內外的酒店裡都算還不錯的 要説完全沒缺點肯定不可能 比如房間還是有一點煙味（疑似） 但是瑕不掩瑜 我住得很開心 枕頭舒服 我很開心有睡到一個美覺 能不能讓我睡個安穩覺而且不做噩夢是我看待酒店一個重要座標 而且早餐也很好吃 一想到落地後就衹能吃白人飯我真的難過的狠狠大吃！！涼菜那個雞絲好吃 別的也還不錯 想到這樣的中餐自助我得在倫敦25磅➕ 還是味道低配版 我就吃得更賣力了嘿嘿 西安yyds 雖然這次是轉機沒能好好沉浸體驗一下 但是碳水之都的美味已經略有感觸了 下次如果帶家人來玩
