First time staying at this hotel. Great counter service, staff was able to converse in English. Room was clean and toiletries were refilled every day. No complaints at all. Super close to the main train station which connects directly to the airport. Breakfast starts at 0630 to 1000. Every day's menu is different. One slight downside is that the dishes are labelled in Bahasa Indonesian, so you might need some help if you really want to know what the dishes are served. At 0700, the buffet starts the live omelette station and noodle station. Housekeeping is done every day. Linens are clean, no smell, towels are also very clean. Good job to the hotel. Would recommend all types of travellers to stay.

Sit train from the airport arrived at Medan. Walking distance to the mall and hotel. Worth the price.

walking distance to medan train station can direct go to airport, beside hotel have many restaurant & near to central point mall medan. room clean & breakfast nice.

This is not my first time to stay in Karibia and this round i had book again the same hotel for my families and the place is very convenient to access to Mall and train station where people can travel to airport easily

Overall service standards were impressive especially f&b staff Ivana and her team at breakfast cafe. Buffet breakfast was fabulous and value for money. On my day of check out there were multiple power cuts and house keeping and other guest floor service staff and even guest never cease to slam room door on entry or exiting. Overall house keeping and other service staff efficiency commendable including concierge who were very willing in their service. I will surly stay there on my next trip. Ivana showed exemplary leadership qualities and very hands on type of a person.

Check in check out process was smooth...didn't expect much from this hotel but breakfast considered good for this type of hotel. However, room seems abit small.. doesn't feel like 22m square.

The location is great! Right between the station and one of the best malls of medan. It offers a good breakfast and nice clean rooms.

My stay in Karibia boutique was perfect. The room spacious and comfortable. Location on city easy drive to the deli park mall, Chinatown medan etc . Breakfast was tasty.

The hotel is clean , the staff are friendly , and the location is only walking distance to center point mall
